The couch is very firm yet comfortable which is the way I like it. It doesn't feel like you're going to hit the ground when you sit in it. It took a while to break in and get things moving smoothly on it. It was extremely easy to put together and one could do it without the instructions but they do help. It only took a few minutes to get it set up and ready to go. Once I put everything together, I did notice that one of the backs would not "click" into place. My wife and I attempted to get it to click into place together for about 10-15 minutes and finally gave up on it. It doesn't seem to have a negative effect on the backs though. The couch it replaced didn't have backs that clicked either and they worked just fine. After finishing the setup, I sat on the left side of the couch (when looking at the couch) and unsuccessfully attempted to open the footrest several times. It kept stopping because it was hitting something hard. My wife observed and noticed that the opening mechanism was hitting itself on some of the framework. Once I was able to get it open, I wasn't able to close it for the same reason. After grabbing the metal mechanism of the footrest on both sides, and giving it a good hard torque (twist and pull/push) in the direction that it needed to go to work properly, I was able to get everything lined up perfectly and it works perfectly. The center back when laid down to be a cup holder/table leans forward a bit and is not level but that's not a big problem at all. The drawer under the center seat could have a stop installed on the back so you cannot unintentionally pull the drawer out of the couch. To add something that would stop it from being able to be unintentionally pulled out all the way yet allow you to pull a lever to intentionally take it out for cleaning or getting something under the couch would be a nice addition. Overall, the couch is smaller than our other couch and that's a nice thing. It is a beautiful addition to our family room. It looks amazing and it wasn't too heavy to move around and work with while installing the pieces. I love the fact that it sits me firmly upright when the leg rests are down and it's not pushing my head forward with an oversized cushion. I like being able to lean my head back to rest and have my neck and head firmly supported. My kids, wife and I love the couch and we plan on purchasing one more in the near future and will purchase more in the future when these wear out.

Excellent Sofa – Comfortable, Stylish, and Great Quality! I’m extremely happy with this sofa purchase from Amazon. The sofa looks even better in person and fits perfectly in my living room. The material feels premium, the cushions are very comfortable, and the build quality is solid and sturdy. Assembly was simple, and the delivery arrived well packaged. I especially love the modern design and reclining feature, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a long day. A special thank you to Lillian for her excellent support and prompt communication throughout the delivery process. She was very helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this sofa exceeded my expectations in both comfort and appearance. Received all 4 boxes today replacing our loveseat with a 3 seater reclining sofa in our RV. Delivery came earlier than expected. Installation was easy. So far so good. Seems comfortable. Fits nicely in our 5th wheel. We were pleasantly surprised that even the manual model came with USB capabilities. Seems a good value for the money. Sofa went on sale after we purchased it but before it was delivered and rather than having to return and reorder for the discount seller was helpful and quick to respond offering us a refund for the difference.

Converts into a 3-seat recliner sofa, allowing me to choose my favorite and most comfortable position to relax. To recline, i can just gently pull the switch on the side of the reclining loveseat and the footrest will pop out... the backrest can be adjusted between 90° to 150°, split back design allows me and my wife to find a comfortable position... the middle position adopts a flip backrest design and does NOT have a reclining function... I wish there's more memory foam on the arm rest... The seats are firm enough, giving you cloud-like comfort and warmth. The ergonomic design recliner's thick headrest, high backrest and wide armrests perfectly fit my body curves. We find the spacious seating area and extended footrest provide better support, effectively relieve fatigue and promote blood circulation for better sleep quality... my wife usually falls asleep while watching TV... make her refreshed. She's 4'11" and I'm 5'10". It's perfect for our family room since it's just me and my wife. We like to have a movie nights... the middle backrest can be folded down to become a table for drinks and food plus popcorn of course. I bought a soundbar and it was perfect... In addition, the home theater recliner sofa is equipped with USB charging port, on both side pockets, and a large drawer for storing daily necessities, greatly enhancing recliner space utilization. Easy to assemble. The only thing that was missing was one connector, which they shipped right away. Finally, after months of begging from my wife to buy a recliner sofa, I finally got it for her as a birthday gift.

Comfortable couch and so soft. It was easy to put together as long as you follow the steps. Two things I'm not a fan of are the arm rests, they don't seem to keep cushion where you want it and I feel the velcro could have been placed lower on the couch for attachment. And the length of the foot rest. I'm 5'9" and my feet hang off when I'm relaxing with it up. I do love the middle part into a table and the charging ports have come in handy. All in all I'm very fond of my purchase.

9 out of 10 you will regret buying this! Ordered Gray, One Blue and 2 Green were sent!?! Flimsy, light weight with very little to no padding. The arm rests, with the cup holders, are LITERALLY and inner and outer piece of, what feels like, 1/16" whiteboard with nothing in between them. They come in the box flat as a pancake with NO padding on them anywhere. I guess the cup holder keeps it open? That's about 3" of dead space in the arm rest. Because they were completely the wrong color, I did not unbox them past the arm rests. Customer Support said it may have been my lighting that made them look blue and green. Then they said an update was made which may have produced a different shade. Light makes gray look green and blue? This..... thing.. is definitely NOT worth even half the price! To add insult to injury, YOU pay to send this junk back!! I threatened to charge them warehouse/storage fees and ONLY then did they agreed to have it picked up! BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!
