Granted we've only had it a day now so who knows how it'll stand the test of time but so far it's excellent. It was significantly smaller & lighter than the one it was replacing so I was initially worried it wouldn't cool as well. This was definitely not the case, it cooled out room quickly & well. It's well made & looks nice. It was very straightforward to get set up, probably the least hassle out of any we've owned. There is a remote for it, & the app is awesome. It was super easy to pair to the app- it pretty much did everything itself- & you can do/view pretty much anything from the app. The app also has the user manual & maintenance on it, which is a blessing for people like me that lose literally everything. Works great, very impressed. Hopefully it stays that way. So far would definitely recommend.

I've had this unit for six months now. Cooling ability is excellent. The functionality with the app is flawless. It even let's you know when you've reached 600 hours and it's time for general maintenance. The app then gives instructions with images and videos on how to perform the maintenance. It's easy. This is my third Dreo product. I can't speak highly enough about their products and customer care.

Great portable air conditioner. I am so happy to finally have found one that works well. Hassle free installment. Comes with different size window panels to accommodate minimum size window 18" upto 53". Been working 30 hours and I have not had to drain. Cools my 165 square feet room in less then 30 minutes to a very cold temp of 61 degrees. I like it very cold when I sleep because I like to use my cozy quilt. Do not hesitate to buy. I have purchased 4 portable air conditioners. One stop working after a year and the others I had to return for one reason or other and what a hassle that was. It is a small but powerful machine but noise level is low. Furthermore the machine looks great. I am considering buying another one for my living room. I am so happy to have found this machine after many hot summers. Where I live, I can't install a window air conditioner so this find has been a blessing.

Transformed my garage in a gym in Florida - now I can use it even during Summer days. I can schedule the AC to turn on 5am, and do my training at 6am in confy temperature. Remote is great, great air flow, quality is high. Recommend!

I have had three Dreo small-space heaters over a period of about 2 years now, and they are all bosses! So I got this last night, and the first thing that impressed me was how quiet it is. This is the 4th portable ac I've bought, and the quietest. Very pleasant, and you really don't hear it. It is simple and user-friendly. It looks nice (white) and seems to cool very well, but I've only used it briefly.

I haven’t seen a review where the person bought used it to supplement their AC. I have never bought one of these portable ac’s before. I remember back in college a friend of mine had one, but you had to put ice in it? lol But I did a lot of reading and reviewing and found this on many of the lists. We live in the south and right now we are experiencing 100+ degree days. Now, our AC has been tuned and works great but we have a large open room where our living room and kitchen is that struggles to keep a good temp. So I bought this portable ac to help supplement the AC. It couldn’t been a better purchase. The unit is nice and quiet. I use it on the eco mode most of the time and set it 2 degrees less than the central AC. I don’t want to get too lengthy here so I’ll just make a few things I’ve found really cool. Set up was fairly easy with the window part. The no-drain technology where the condensation just evaporates is REALLY cool too. When the heat subsides, I’ll do some maintenance and pack it up and into the closet until next year. Impressed so far with the 10,000 BTU unit.

So, I have a 2nd floor 20x13 room with an attached bathroom. I share a house and my Housemates must be from the tropics because it is 76 on the first floor. Heat rises, I have two windows… I started contemplating my place in the universe it was so hot. Recently, I have had a string of bad luck with Amazon purchases. Engraver with no power cord, hoodie that had the anti-theft ink cartridge still attached. So I went into this purchase with negativity. I plugged it in and immediately, was unimpressed with the warm air that came out. Even was quickly ready to write a bad review. As I am stewing, 5 minutes after turning it on for the first time, I hear the compressor kick in. Fast forward an hour later, I am freezing my butt off :) I love this thing. It is small, as far as portable A/Cs go, I don’t find it super loud. I had to turn my TV volume from 10 to 13 so I could hear everything. Set up was so easy. I am so glad I didn’t make a hasty decision ranting about something that derived from my short patience.
