I am LOVING this fan! We don't have central air in our house, so when it gets hot, we have to put a fan in our bedroom doorway and blow cold air from the living room ac into our room. The previous stand fan that we had been using for this was big and bulky. This Dreo fan is much smaller - but blows just as much air as our bigger, cumbersome fan. This fan is also so much quieter. I can actually hear people talking to me over it! It's quite solid and was easy to assemble. The bottom part of the stand is heavy and makes its feel very strudy - I'm not at all concerned about it getting knocked over. My favorite part is the remote holder that clips onto the stand portion of the fan - it holds the remote and keeps it from getting lost. We lose remotes constantly, so this is a game changer. This fan offers plenty of power for us. It only has 2 speed settings, but on high it blows just as much air as our previous fan, if not more. There are also other "smart" settings that I'm still working on figuring out lol. Also, this fan is not high velocy, but the smaller fan area allows for a more direct breeze, which makes it feel very powerful. Also, I was reading through the manual and apparently you can add fragrance/essential oil to a disk inside the fan head?! I can't wait to try that! Overall, I'm so happy with this fan. A little smaller than I thought. Wish it was taller, it barely reaches above the arm rest on our couch on the tallest setting, granted our armrests might be taller than most couches. Air flow is really good, good distance, air volume for the noise level. Much better than traditional fans. lower power usage than traditional fans even though this one isn't variable speed like other DC Brushless fans, just 3 speeds. Seems to be well built. Overall I like the fan, but the price is a little steep for the size and it NOT having variable speeds like other DC Brushless fans, just 3 speeds. ... show more

I ordered this fan for my home office (as a woman of a certain age, I can never have too many fans), and it’s turned out to be a really solid addition to the room. Assembly was quick and easy, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The fan has a clean, modern look that blends in nicely without feeling bulky or clunky. It also feels very stable once set up—no wobbling or concerns about it tipping if bumped. The airflow is impressively strong for its size. It easily circulates air across the room, and the three speed settings are distinct and useful depending on how much cooling you need. The oscillation does a great job of distributing air evenly, and I especially like the vertical tilt feature—it clicks into place when adjusted, which makes it feel secure and intentional rather than loose or floppy. Noise-wise, it’s pretty quiet and absolutely suitable for a bedroom or workspace. The one thing to note is that it does beep when you change settings, which could be a minor annoyance if you’re adjusting it while trying to fall asleep. The remote is responsive and convenient, and the controls overall are intuitive. I tested the timer and it worked as expected; I haven’t tried the auto mode yet. I also haven’t needed to clean it, but it appears like it will be straightforward to take apart when the time comes. There’s an aroma pad feature, but I didn’t test that since I’m sensitive to scents. Overall, this feels like a well-designed, thoughtfully made fan that performs better than expected for the price. It’s powerful, quiet, stable, and easy to use—everything I was hoping for. Happy that it's finally warm enough to give this fan a proper review. I do not have central air conditioning in my home, and it can get extremely hot in the summer, so a large amount of fans are necessary. I was skeptical of the Dreo fan based on the size of the fan head. At first glance it looks like it won't move that much air. Turning it on was a surprise. It absolutely blasts air around the room. I typically use a box fan and have it pointed directly at myself to stay cool. This fan fits this need perfectly and it takes up less horizontal space. But I've grown to love the oscillating feature with all of the windows open. It circulates all of the air in the room so well for it's size! Having the ability to adjust the fan head vertically works very well in rooms with large ceilings. It's my new living room fan. Assembling the fan is very easy with the included quick start guide and included tool. Even with the fan fully extended it was a little shorter than I expected, but being able to tilt the fan 90 degrees makes this not an issue and kind of a plus because of the smaller footprint. If you're stuck without central air or just want to limit the amount of time you're running a/c because of rising energy costs I would highly recommend this fan.
