The color is beautiful and the fabric is actually really nice. The phone camera really does not capture how nice this color is. Looks like it will be fairly sturdy. The sofa ships in two separate boxes, however, and I very unfortunately received two of the same box. Both are box 2/2 so I have only the backrest and a few trim bits, no legs or seat or any hardware. I wasn't paying attention when they arrived and just opened both boxes up. Contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement, but I will have to call and schedule a pickup for the boxes I'm returning. Incredibly stressful because I have family coming, my house is very small and I now have two very large boxes in my living room instead of a sofa until a replacement is sent. Update: Finally received the rest of the sofa and it's beautiful! Went together very easily. The parts all just lock into place without a ton of screws. The finished product looks nice and is just right for the space. My only complaint is with the batting. It's all just a little too long for the covers - especially the cylindrical ones - so the pillows are lumpy after stuffing them. I may re-fill them with something softer. Overall very happy with the product and the price. Now to see if I can get a pickup for the extra box... ... show more

I bought this sofa for my office. The color is so bright especially when the lights on. I like the feeling of touch. It feels so soft and comfort. Sofa is very well constructed, material holds its shape and easy to maintain. I would highly recommend this one. Great price for a quality product that will lasts years to come. Also, shipping of the items was fast, one box was held up by the shipping company. Customer service was fantastic to deal with, the new box was delivered without issue. So pretty and the sturdy. The fabric is soft and thick quality. The buttons are sewn on well and the legs sturdy. It’s gorgeous and actually very comfortable to the point where I love sleeping on it more than in my bed. It was pretty easy to put together as well. A couple pieces came chipped (wooden legs) and the company just sent me a whole second sofa and told me to keep the first one. Seemed like overkill but great customer service. We replaced the chipped parts and put everything else in storage. Whenever this sofa is ruined by our cats (let’s face it, they’ll claw it eventually) we’ll have a replacement. Best customer service I’ve seen ever and my favorite sofa I’ve ever bought! Can’t recommend enough! Buy it now if you’ve been debating it ... show more

Very happy with it! It arrived by UPS in one huge box, which thankfully wasn't damaged. The sofa comes disassembled and the parts were very neatly packed (see photo). The two bolster pillows aren't hidden anymore (per other reviews), it seems the manufacturer has listened and they got rid of the zipper pockets that were hiding the pillows, you can't miss them now. Unfortunately instructions for the smaller loveseat came with my full-sized sofa, but I was able to figure it out without much trouble, it's extremely basic assembly and I was able to do it without the help of a second person, took me 20 minutes including taking some photos along the way. Hint -- if you're trying to fit the pieces together by yourself, do it with the sofa on its back instead of right-side up. This is _not_ a living room sofa, I got this for my home office. It sits a little lower and overall it's smaller than a full-size plush couch, but could serve well in an apartment if space is limited. Also the back is low, and rather stiff -- if you're someone that likes to _fall_ into a couch instead of sitting down like a regular human person, you would probably hurt yourself with this one. The fabric is really nice! lush velvety feel and nice rich color, though I expect it to fade over the next year or so. I thought I'd be getting two really dinky little bolster pillows but was pleasantly surprised, they're larger than I expected. The two broad seat cushions are firm but good quality, with springs inside. I put the cushions on the floor and walked all over them for a few minutes to help "break them in" a little, I think it helped soften them a smidge. Buying furniture sight-unseen was a risk that could have easily gone wrong in a few ways but I think I lucked out this time, very happy with my new sofa! ... show more

My husband and I had been looking for a while for a living room set that matches our 70s velvet moody vibe- and this looked perfect. We ordered one which eventually became a second to make a full living room and we could not be any happier. These are so comfortable and easy to clean. We got the color ginger and it looks so ethereal in the sunlight. Our dogs are also very fond of the sofas and it is their favorite place to pose for photos.
