And then have the mattress not sleep very well at night. and starting to become lumpy. So we decided it was time for a new one. We search the internet. And read many reviews. Oh, we don't have any bedding stores around where we live; they are 50-plus miles away., and didn't want to take a loan out for a new mattress, and wait up to 2 weeks for it to be delivered. So, Mattress in a Box had good prices and had the firmness we wanted. had good reviews, received it within 5 days, been sleeping on it for over a week, and 100% satisfied, wife has no more sore back in the morning, and no more sore shoulders for me, sleeps nice, and it does what it says it will do my wife like the idea of te heat being directed away from her so she don't over heated because I throw a lot of heat when I sleep and how the mattress is design it keeps my heat away from her we gotthe 10 " mattress it gives us the same height as the old one, which we liked, the thickness of the top of the mattress is good, no worry of feeling the springs, and was surprised when we open it and it spread across the bed it had a clean smell, it is the perfect mattress and it didn't break the bank.

It’s actually the perfect mattress! I had to exchange another mattress I bought off of Amazon as well. It cost more then this mattress, 25.00 more and thought it was very soft it was too soft and then corners lean downward and your head laid above your feet. In comparison to this mattress it’s firm and soft at the same time. Value for the money is excellent to my surprise. No sinking, 0 smell! Functionality is 100% great!

Oh so unsure about ordering a mattress in a box from Amazon. Read the reviews and took the plunge. Unrolled and left it alone for about 3 days. Puffed right up and seems to be super comfy. Bought for my guest room and have guests coming soon so that will be the real test! 4 stars because the sides do sink down when sitting on the edge of the bed. Not a deal breaker for me as it will only be used occasionally.

I was a little skeptical about ordering a mattress that comes vacuum-sealed in a box, but I’m so glad I gave this one a try! It’s incredibly comfortable—just the right amount of firmness for great support without being too hard. The price honestly can’t be beat for the quality you get. Just make sure to give it the full time to fully “inflate” after unboxing—don’t rush it. Once it’s fully expanded, it feels like a high-end mattress. I’ve been sleeping great ever since. Highly recommend!

came in a small box for a mattress. instantly fluffed into size making it super easy to put together. super comfortable. i have back problems and have lots of pain and find most mattresses to be uncomfortable from being either too soft or too firm but this mattress is the perfect medium firmness

I was questioning buying this however I am so happy with my purchase. The quality of the mattress is great! Its comfortable the thickness is perfect. It has firm support which i wanted. I have had this almost 6 months I havent noticed any sagging or swaying in the middle. Great product.

Purchased mattress in March 2025. Set up great, First couple of months slept well. Now mattress is slightly sinking in middle. Have turned it around to see if any improvement. Unfortunately feel we will be buying another mattress by years end.
