This did stretch, so I’m happy but it was a bit big around the ankles and created a bit of a sack from my lower back to my butt. The belt did help a lot- I got a large but usually wear a small in tops. I’m a 36D, 29 inch waist and I am 5’8 feet tall. The belt should've been adjustable but it’s not. I wasn’t sure what size to get and by reading the reviews I chose a Medium. I’m 154 pounds, 5’6 , size 38D. There is some stretch but if your top is any bigger than a D you would need the next size up because it is a little snug around the chest area but not enough to hurt or annoy me.
