Customer Service
Color: Beige
I usually don’t write reviews however I have to say what amazing customer service this company provided . I received this sofa. The functionality of it is amazing but the cushions one was ripped and the zipper was not working . I reached out to them and they immediately within a day reached back out and are sending me two replacements cushions. The material of the cushions are so soft and the way that it reclines it fits perfectly in the room that we needed exactly what we were looking for when kids are here and for overflow in our room for someone to sleep. ... show more
