We resisted putting a second changing table/area in the house for awhile but finally caved. It just makes more sense to also have one downstairs and it has really made caring for our little one a lot easier. I just didn’t want to disrupt the decor or aesthetics because I’m silly like that but this changing table doesn’t disrupt anything. I love this changing table! It’s super cool looking and it matches the room we have it in perfectly. It has a nice amount of storage too which worked out great as it gave me a better place to organize our little ones books and toys. I was even able to fit a cute changing basket on top (we have a changing basket on her changing table in her room upstairs and she really likes being in it…our baby will STOP crying for diaper changes no joke lol, I give credit for that to the changing basket concept though). Definitely recommend this table though, it’s great. The paint and wood spindles are crisp, clean, and modern. It’s super sturdy and has ample storage and matches quite a few different aesthetics. Unisex for me! I actually purchased this for my little girls nursery, as I wanted something different from the standard I’m having a girl so let’s make everything “pink”. It works perfectly for our flower garden theme. My husband put this together in less than 15 minutes. We didn’t notice any weird smells or any dings in the box we received. The corner of the box came a little crushed from shipping but didn’t damage the table at all. We also purchased the matching crib which I will also be reviewing. As far as quality, it’s excellent and sturdy. The pad is thin like others mentioned so we’ll be purchasing a thicker one, but other than that, it’s perfect. Item is nice. The item looks like the picture. There were a lot of dings in the wood. So, you can tell it isn't quality material. I was debating on sending back, but our baby will be here soon and I didn't want to risk it not being back on time. The mat that comes with it is super thin so make sure you buy a changing mat. There is also a smell, but I just left the window open and after a few weeks it was gone. ... show more

I love it! Very steady. Beautiful color! And unless you stick your nose into it, it doesn't smell. It's just wood. Needs some airing like all furniture. Easy to assemble. Beautiful piece of furniture for a nursery.

    • Horrible chemicals coming off this thing

The table is so pretty but the off-gassing of this product is awful. The formaldehyde/chemical smell coming off this thing is ridiculous. I’ve left it in the garage to air out for four days and it’s still horrible. I shouldn’t have thrown away the packaging. I’d return it in a heartbeat if I could. I’ll give it a week more outside and if there’s no change I’m tossing it and getting a different brand. If smell eventually goes away - I’ll update. Otherwise, skip this product. Update: I’m changing the two stars to one. Left this changing table outside in garage from November 7th until November 23rd. It STILL reeks of chemicals. I washed it down with vinegar then put it out on our front porch to get sunshine. It has been outside for a week and guess what...still the smell fills up the nursery and it is AWFUL. I HATE this product with a passion. What a horrible idea to make something for a nursery that is so harmful to a baby. Buy basically anything else and it’ll be an upgrade from this trash. ... show more
