It effectively broke after 1 use. I attached it to my electric drill and extended it into my kitchen clean out to clear a clog. It ended up getting stuck. I tried to reverse the electric drill, but the snake didn't retract. I ended up taking it apart hoping to manually rewind the snake back into the drum, but it looks like the snake itself developed a kink that makes that impossible. maybe i got unlucky or maybe i was being too rough with it, but i'm going to just throw this away and get a different one.

This is NOT worth the money. I realize that it can’t be too rigid but this thing isn’t even close to being where it needs to be with regard to rigidity. Spend the money on a Milwaukee brand or something similar. You could also just call a pro. Whatever you do, don’t use this.
