Pleasant surprise upon arrival. Heavy construction and appears well made and durable.It traversed multiple 90 degree bends and ran out the full 23 feet. It would have cost me 10x more to get a plumber/drain guy on-site, and I have it ready to go for next time.

Do you know those hand held drain cleaners you have to rotate by muscle cranking them? Forget those, this is the way to go. This RELIABLY turns out 25 FEET of a plumbing snake and retracts with just the push of a button, no knots or such to worry about. Couldn't be any easier to use, and is actually quite fun. Comes with cordless battery pack as well as several different attachments. You'll definitely find yourself just messing around with it at first for fun, but when its needed to clean a drain there is NOTHING better on the market. Well made and totally reliable, it can even do turns and bends with no problem. Now go clean those drains.
