Got 2 units 2 separate times about 2 weeks apart both units without 2 weeks lost a board each time reached out to customer service hoping for help or confirmation that they had replacement to exchange with but no reply for weeks. Second unit was t17 from the box it had hashing issues would turn off and back on then after week of running when it would run board 3 goes out within 45 min of this the unit still shows board 2 hashing at 3 % of its rate and yet again no reply from customer service. Things happen we all get that but come on reply to your customers. And for it to happen again on very next unit that was ordered prior to the first unit going down now that’s just intentional if you ask me they state they are inspected and working order but come dirty dusty even slight rust colored in spots wouldn’t order again from these people even if there only place to buy ... show more
