The media could not be loaded. This set comes with everything you need once you’ve gotten past the beginner phase of learning how to tattoo. There is a limited supply of accessories, as once you get to the point where you’re ready for higher-end tools, you probably have a surplus of the consumables. Also, it comes with 2 external power supplies for expanded usage time. I'm just in the beginning phases of learning how to tattoo, and I've tried many different kits now. This kit includes everything you need, including 20 cartridges. The on/off, depth adjustments, and speed fine-tuning were fairly easy and self-explanatory. The gun is more involved than others I’ve had, with more adjustment features for different usage modes and has a very sensitive adjustable needle depth, which really helps when you're still trying to master how far to hold the gun to get the right skin depth (1-2 mm). It’s a slim-line pen, which is much easier to grip and maneuver if you have smaller hands. The included practice skin also helps get a feel for the way the machine works as compared to others. Also, who doesn’t love stickers and wristbands? I still don't feel confident working on actual skin, so I'm still just practicing with skins (included) and intermittently shading in some decades-old scars from an old accident to try it out on actual skin. The included ink is a deep, rich black and holds in the practice skin well. The included gloves provided a nice germ barrier after I'd sterilized all required skin areas. This machine was easy to grip and allows for steady handling and an even and consistent depth, and the needle didn't hurt any more than professional tattoos. The ink was deposited evenly over the scar tissue area and is healing evenly. The skin trauma was no worse than any of the professional tattoos I've ever gotten, and the healing went by without a hitch, though it was itchier than normal as expected due to the tattoo being done over a keloid scar. Overall, this is a very user-friendly kit for someone in the intermediate phases of learning tattooing and is an excellent value for the money. Low on consumables, but a great value when you take into consideration the value of the pen and dual power supplies alone. ... show more

Let me preface this review by saying I’ve never held a tattoo gun in my life. The craft has always fascinated me and I’ve always wanted to try my hand at it, but I have 0 clue what I’m doing with this tool LOL! That being said, I think this was the absolute BEST tattoo machine I could have tried as a beginner. This machine is insanely lightweight and so natural to hold. Setting it up was easy and intuitive for me. It came with absolutely everything I needed to practice including stencil paper, grip tape, ink, gloves, practice skin, and plenty of needles! The battery life seems to be pretty good, I’ve played with it for quite a few hours on a single charge. If you need it for a longer session, it does come with an extra battery which is nice! The other thing I like about this machine is it seems to be a legit and trusted brand overall. I was able to find a website for this brand where you can order more supplies. There were also quite a few tutorial videos I found from actual tattooers who gave this brand a thumbs up for beginners. I like knowing that as I go through the supplies included with this kit I can easily order more. Obviously, I’m not going anywhere near real skin anytime soon since I can’t pull a straight line to save my life LOL, but based on my experience with the practice skin I’m super thrilled with this product!     • lightweight but powerful machine and all the extras you need
this is actually my third tattoo machine. it is by far the best yet. the machine is super lightweight and easy to hold. it makes hand fatigue a thing of the past. the set includes everything you need to get started as well. there's even two batteries included here so you don't have to wait for a charge to finish. they included an rca cable as well so if you want to use it with your standard power supply you can. the needle cartridges in here are a mix of liners and shaders so you could theoretically start tattooing right away. they include the standard ink cups and a fake skin as well as a small bottle of their triple black ink. i know it says for makeup and i'm sure you could do that with this as well. but, it actually has enough power to do a full sleeve if you wanted. all the accessories like the batteries, include a usb c charging cable in the boxes. that's a really cool addition so you don't have to swap a single cord to charge the batteries. overall i would highly recommend this set if you're looking to start tattooing. ... show more

This set is absolutely everything you need to start tattooing. Upon opening I was a bit overwhelmed with the immensity of the kit. I felt like my birthday! I am a beginner so I can't comment on how it works on actual skin, but it is pretty darn smooth on faux skin. It also has a nice substantial feel, making it easier to grasp and have more control. There are two ways to charge. You can use a box with foot pedal (not included) or charge it via USB for a wireless option. Looking forward to trying it out on myself! ... show more

This Tour Y23 tattoo machine gun comes with everything one would need to get started practicing. The two included T2 batteries allow for a long session. It is easy to rotate the stroke through the six settings. The Mcore-C motor is quiet and has a low vibration. The short pen is fairly light but powerful enough to do its task. Good machine and the cordless power supply is great. keeps me from having to mess with cords in the middle of a piece. tried as a liner and color packing and seems to work really well. having the extra battery comes in handy on longer pieces!
