Just got this today. Practiced on the fake skin a few times to get the hang of how to hold it. So far I have no complaints. I got this tattooed professionally and the bottom half of my tattoo near my finger nail disappears after two weeks, so I have to pay $40 for a touch up if I want to keep up with it. I decided to give this a try and see if I can get the hang of it and not have to go in for touch ups anymore. If this works out, it pays for itself.

This machine is a great upgrade from my old gun. Doesn't vibrate much in your hand which makes it easier to control and forcys on your work. Charges pretty quickly and hold a charge for a good amount of time. The size and shape of the gun is awesome and fits in my hand perfectly without any discomfort. The only issue I had was the directions are very limited. It pretty much tells you how to charge it and turn it on lol. If I was a beginner or didn't know how to assembly a tattoo gun I might have struggled a little

The media could not be loaded. Not really thrilled to open this up (like tearing off the plastic and the seals) and find out it doesn't work. The light on the power supply just kept flashing. I tried using different outlets and left it be for a little while but it didn't stop flashing. It stopped when I pressed on the pedal, but the needle didn't move. I don't know how to fix this, and I don't have a spare power cord to test. EDIT: I asked Amazon for an exchange for a new machine. Withing the same day of dropping off the defective product at the post office, I received an email saying my replacement was on its way. I received my new machine the next afternoon. That being said, the pen is really comfortable and easy to use with small hands, and I like the option of using the pedal or not. Bonus points that it came with cool stickers.
