Quiero contarles que estuve a punto de devolver la mia, porque se me frizó y la toqué por todos lados pero nada servía esperè un rato e intenté usarla y seguía frizada, llame a Armazón les conté lo que pasaba y les pedí un codigo QR para devolverla, Armazón como siempre, tan cuidadoso de sus clientes accedió y me lo envió . Aprovecho para agradecerle a Amazon la Calidad de Representantes que forman parte de su Personal y que están allí para ayudarnos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que surga con algun producto, bueno cuando decidí regresar la tableta me sentí un poco triste porque sé que es un buen producto. Entre a la pagina de Armazón busque la tableta y me fui hasta la informacion adicional, allí encontré la ayuda del vendedor, hace una observación y sugiere que antes de devolverla introduzca un clip de papel en el agujero por unos segundos pues podría ser que se ha bloqueado al poner mal el código para abrirla, y lo hice así e inmediatamente se arregló, que alegría me causó porque yo no estaba muy contenta de devolverla, mi idea era llevarla al correo y al mismo tiempo ordenar otra, pero que fuera Dragon Touch porque conozco la calidad de tableta que es. Estoy muy satisfecha con mi tableta, la estoy usando y no tengo problemas. Gracias al vendedor por su excelente idea de agregar ese detalle en la información, y a la tableta, 5 Generosas Estrellas.     • Do Yourself a Favor, and Get a Better Tablet

I got this tablet primarily to read comics and manga. For that purpose it did do well, all things considered. I was a little concerned at first because the screen's pixel density is a little low, but what can you expect for a cheap tablet? Well, when I got the tablet, the pixel density wasn't an issue. It was hard to read the text on some older comics, because the letterers for those comics chose to make the text a little too small for my taste (I am specifically talking about George Perez's Wonder Woman reboot run after Crisis on Infinite Earths), but that wasn't a problem with any other comic or manga I read. Alas, there are some issues with this tablet, being cheap as it is. The speakers are definitely weak. This is to be expected of course, but the sound quality is really bad. Imagine your plain ole regular headphones, and now high pass the ever living christ out of any bass that could have ever existed, and that's what these sound like. Again, not a huge problem for me as I usually only read comics and occasionally played games and watched YouTube videos, and it is to be expected, but it is something to be aware of. Aside from that, videos in general just looked pretty bad. I made sure I was on 720p too, but it always looked like 480p or even lower. I don't really know what happened here, as my comics looked great, and the games I played looked good too, but if you plan on using this primarily for streaming things like Netflix or YouTube, I'd look elsewhere. It's not bad, but if it's the sole reason you're getting this tablet, it could pose a problem. I will add, that the battery life was pretty good. Granted I only read comics most of the time, so milleage will vary. Now onto why I gave this a lower rating. My first issue began when I noticed a dead pixel. Again, this is isn't too shocking to me, not because the tablet's cheap, but because all devices regardless of how high end they are are prone to manufacturing problems and defects. That's just the way of the world. Of course, according to Amazon's return policy you are allowed to return devices with such defects, but the dead pixel was off in the corner and was only really visible on a white background anyway, so I decided it was too much of a hassle to deal with, and just accepted it. Not a big issue. However, one day I put the tablet down on some furniture and forgot where I put it for a few days. It blended in with the furniture pretty well, and apparently I had put a box on it, so I couldn't find it for a while. Well, after I found it by removing the box, I noticed the screen had shattered. This is a big problem. Yes, it is a cheap tablet, but I don't see how a ten pound box, at most, would, should, or even could shatter the screen. Maybe if I sat on the box, or took a sledge hammer to it, or threw it on the tablet, then I could see how that could maybe be considered a reasonable amount of force to break the screen, but just placing it? Really? In fact, I don't even know how light the box really is, because it isn't even heavy enough for my scale to get a reading, but the only thing in the box was an Xbox 360 Kinect (just the Kinect accessory, not a 360 as well), which according to the internet weighs 7.7 pounds, so I think 10 pounds is a good enough estimate if I'm being generous here. Even if for some reason you think I'm a fool for accidentally placing a light box on the tablet, everyone makes mistakes, and so it's better to be safe than sorry. Obviously I don't intentionally place things on my electronic devices. Stuff just happens sometimes though, and at the end of the day, I'm guessing if you're buying such a cheap tablet then you're probably gifting it to children, and believe me, children can, and probably will do much worse than place a ten pound box on the tablet. Aside from that reason, my next best guess for why you'd pick up such a cheap tablet is that you're strapped for cash, or aren't too invested in a tablet and just want to use it occasionally. Well, if you're the former, good luck finding the money to replace the tablet should the screen eventually break, and if you're the latter, well you're even more prone to forgetting where the tablet is, and heaven knows what shall happen should that happen. Well, I decided that it really wasn't worth paying more than 10 dollars to fix such a cheap and weak screen, and just my luck, screen digitizers for this tablet cost around 10 dollars, so I bought one and decided to fix it myself. I may not be an expert at electronics, but I have built many computers before, so I thought it'd be pretty easy, and in all fairness it was. I just popped off the back, unplugged the ribbon, and took off the screen. Then I took out the new screen, plugged in the ribbon, and tore off the paper that protected the glue that allows the screen to stick. Now, I'll admit that I suck at precision, and so as expected, I misalligned the screen digitizer to the tablet. No problem I thought, I'd just take off the screen and try again. Well, as I was taking off the screen, I guess I underestimated my own strength, and the ribbon ripped. Fed up, I impulse bought an iPad. In my opinion, it's probably better to just save up and shell the extra hundred or so dollars for an iPad. I'm sure other similarly priced Android tablets are just as good as the iPad, but the iPad is tried and true. That thing can take some damage for sure. Certaintly more than a 10 pound box anyway. Plus the screen and speakers are sure to be better as well. Just my thoughts though. I guess if you remember to store this tablet in someplace like a drawer after every time you use it, then it might be worth it to get this tablet, but otherwise, I'd spend more. It's better to spend 300 dollars on an iPad than it is to spend 100 dollars on this and then another 300 dollars for an iPad when this breaks. ... show more

    • A little slow, a little dull - dead three years later.

I bought this laptop in 2020 and was initially excited for it - I had bought one of the cheaper laptops at the time (though it looks like the price tag has NOT reduced through the years...). It came in, looked nice, booted up just fine. I knew going in that going with a cheaper option would mean giving up some nice features, so the slow boot-up time, and lagging speed all-around didn't really bother me. The screen seemed dull when it came to brightness, but once I turned the brightness setting up, I found that it looked quite nice! However, with the brightness up, it SEEMED liked it drained the battery faster (I didn't test this, so this could just be a biased observation that was true or not true). I didn't use the laptop too much, and I think that's because it was just slow. It was quicker for me to walk to the opposite end of my apartment and boot up my desktop computer than to wait for my tablet to boot up, so I just sort of... stopped using it (even though I had grand ideas to do so). Every now and then I picked it up to read an e-book. I thought the screen was very nice, and very versatile to my touch. It responded well, and for reading, I didn't have to worry about any slow-down - page turns or scrolling worked just fine! Apps installed easily from the app store and besides the initial app start-up time, it moved pretty quickly. A year in, I noticed that it was struggling to charge. I could leave it for hours (overnight as I slept) and I'd get from 0% to 1% (but not even that). But then, suddenly, the next day it might be charged to 40%. This is when I REALLY stopped using the tablet. Two years in, I realized that I couldn't charge it from a different device (and could have been by issue initially). It would charge just fine, but ONLY if plugged in directly to an outlet. So I started using it again (for reading). At this point in time, three years after purchase, I'm just going to officially retire this thing and upgrade to (probably) a Samsung tablet. I now have a frozen screen. Resetting the device just turns on and shows a fully green screen for two seconds (not the battery icon, which is ALSO green, but a fully green screen) before turning off again. I found instructions online to fix this, but now this happens every time I try to turn it on; sometimes the fix does not work. This combined with the charging issue combined with the slowness makes me think I just bought a cheap tablet. This was a good tablet for very occasional use, and a good first laptop for the budget-conscious (back in 2020). I now wonder if this is a good option when there are other, cheaper tablets backed by bigger brands (such as Kindle's Fire) or even some of the cheaper/older models of Samsung Tablets (several of which I can find cheaper than this tablet). ... show more
