Large was perfect for my 36D post baby and weight loss body. I maybe could have done a medium, but prefer the extra coverage. The top strap isn’t adjustable per se, but when you tie the bottom strap, it pulls the shoulders down- I’m only 5’0” and didn’t have a problem with either strap feeling loose. Love this bikini top so much I ordered multiple colors. Material is great. Covers everything, lightweight, and doesn’t dig into your skin. Beware the red really isn’t red, is more of a burgundy. I am a 32D and ordered a Medium, fit great

Top was very cute, pink was pretty. However it arrived with the tags off and has clearly been washed. Smelled very strongly of laundry detergent. I had ordered another color as well, had size tag and Cupshe tag in place, no smell. Bummer I have to go return this one and waste my time.
