These insoles make a big difference in walking. They are very soft and because they are like gels they don’t absorb sweat and they don’t smell bad. I’ve been using them for about a month and a half now and I walk every day over six to seven miles and we are still going strong.

It’s my first pair of Dr Scholl’s insoles. After trimming, they fit my Clarks Mapstone Step #9 very well. Much more cushion than the original factory foam insoles. The bumps may take some time to get used to. I don’t feel much of it until I stand for a long time. It forces you to move feet or toes a little from time to time, but it doesn’t really hurt and that’s probably the point to improve your blood circulation. Overall I feel more comfortable with them and they really helped mitigate the discomfort after a long walk. ... show more

These are a relatively inexpensive way of getting some more life out of your shoes. It was easy to trim, and added some nice cushioning back into my shoes. They stay in place too. I think I will use these from now on, as soon as the OEM padding starts to flatten out.

While these insoles are definitely better than the sneakers' native factory inserts, they didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of cushioning. The plush foam provides some comfort, but I don’t feel a significant difference in cushioning under my feet, especially during extended periods of walking or standing. If you’re looking for a slight improvement, these insoles will do the job, but if you need substantial support and cushioning, you might want to explore other options. ... show more
