While Ecco shoes last a long time, their insoles do not. I bought these to replace the insoles I had worn through and am generally satisfied, but not impressed. The heel cup works well and the height helps stretch the worn leather tightly over the foot. That said, they're not as comfy as original insoles. I've walked a few miles in these and they're slow to break in. Hoping they get more comfortable, but am noticing arch support is a little low and the balls of my feet are sometimes tender. ... show more

I'm a nurse and thought these would help based on some reviews. After a month I had my first metatarsal stress fracture. After coming out of the boot I went back to these, again another metatarsal stress fracture. After some research I removed these from all my shoes and I have not had another stress fracture so far.
