I wear them inside a pair of Vans sneakers, usually walking 3-4 miles per day. Took a few days to get used to, but they've been great since! I don't really notice I've been standing/walking all day when I wear these. After about 6 months, the top layer of the fabric on the heels started peeling, and now at about 10 months, I'm buying replacements. They still work at keeping my feet from getting too tired, but I'm starting to feel the frayed edges of the insoles while I'm wearing my shoes and it's a little annoying sometimes. ... show more

Using these in dressy-ish fashion flats that come with no real support or comfortable insoles. Like Tom’s, or ballet flats, or Rothy’s. I’ve been hunting for something that won’t take up a ton of real estate inside the shoe, but still provide support and comfort for all day wear. This is just the thing! I put these in a pair of vans slip-ons and took them on vacation. I did a ton of walking and had no foot pain at all. Taking them out of the package, I didn't think they would work that well but they provided great arch support. Easy to cut to your size if needed.

I replaced the cheap soles in my tennis shoes with these to wear to the Eras Tour. I was on my feet standing in line, walking, or dancing during Taylor Swift from about 3:30 pm to past midnight when we got back to the car. These really are exactly what my feet needed. I wear on top of NB walking insoles for extra comfort. Mine have lasted over the past 7months with hardly any wear visible. Highly recommend for anyone who needs insoles not thick. I also don't have to trim length fits.
