These are not for walking. They do help with any pain and discomfort in the feet, but use them at home. They are a great fit, helps support all aspects of my foot including my arch. They stick perfectly fine and the quality is great. But like I said, use them at home. I wore them to work and let's just say that lidocaine was kicking in a little to much. I used them for about a month per my doctor's request. It actually made my foot hurt worse. They are good quality made, they did fit my shoes well, but the arch support was a little too high for me.

I am a nurse, a mom, and a runner. I am busy, always on my feet and on the go. I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. During activity, there’s not much discomfort. Most of my pain comes after resting for a time or in the mornings after I’ve been asleep. I used this for the first time over night, as you can keep it on your foot for up to 12 hours. I put the patch on sideways and put socks on to keep it in place. Even though the patch contains menthol, it did not make my foot feel extremely cold like icy hot does. I slept comfortably all night with it on and woke up this morning, for the first time in I don’t know how long, able to walk without any pain. There was a little bit of adhesive residue, but it was easily wiped away. I will take the residue over no pain! ... show more

I think people who writes a review should be more honest. In review it stated product did not ride or they stayed on well. The package I received expire on date 8/2027, product does ride and doesn't stick well at all. I even put on a sock to see if that would help, and the patch immediately rolled up in mess. I have purchase Dr. Schokll's products before and they were nothing has horrible as these patches. I don't usually write reviews, wanted to let others know the patches are not worth the money.
