First, there ARE three pairs and each set are labeled with an L and a R. You have to take them apart. I can see how people would think if you turn it one side it's left and turn it the other it's right, but there are a number of ways to figure out there are two 'stuck' together, so I'm not sure why so many people were confused. I was worried they wouldn't be comfortable because they aren't very thick but they are comfortable and soft and worked great. Cutting them was easy, but I wish there was a better way or instructions for how to cut to size. I wear these with my flats to work and it helps keep my feet from feeling gross at the end of the day.

these work quite well, I've been using them in several pairs of shoes which are themselves worn down, but the insole looks good - have had others last me much less time in the same shoes. Thicker feeling than you would think looking at them. even if you're looking for a more heavy duty insole I would try to get these ones, as they are cheaper and maybe would work. Plus easy to layer them if needed. Very soft, very easy to cut and adjust to your needed size.

First the good: The inserts are soft, comfortable and you get 3 pairs to a pack. The Bad: There are no imprinted guidelines on the inserts so when you need to trim them to fit into your shoes you have to guess when you cut them. And the material sheds like crazy! If you look at the edge in the picture and even in the middle of the picture, you can see what I mean. And when you run your hand over the item, it sheds even more. Because of that I do not expect these to last for any long period of time. So I cannot recommend this item.

These worked perfect for me, I needed them for my flats that I wear to work. The insoles get dirty and sweaty and I just buy these and replace to refresh the shoes. I just take the old on out and cut same size. Thickness is perfect, not too much that shoe doesn’t fit but thick enough to be solid and feel it in there. Very soft. I would recommend if you need for this type of thing too.

These do what they say they do. Purchased to replace the cheap insoles of my tennis shoes and OMG! It was like magic! These made them soooooo comfortable, sweat is down, smell is way down, comfort is way up. Was easy to install and they're staying put in a VERY flexible shoe. I'm really tickled with these.

Pros: I needed thin insoles to wear in shoes that were already snug. These are perfect for that purpose. They feel nice on bare feet. Cons: these have to be trimmed and the trim lines are NOT marked on the insole. You have to cut out the pattern of your size from the box they come in, which does not open easily, then cut around the pattern piece. The insoles do not cut easily and I went through three pair of scissors because they get gunked up with the insoles material as you cut. They also don’t adhere to the bottom and can slide around if not a good fit. Bonus? I got three boxes of three insoles in my order, so nine pair. What a bargain! I’m just not sure if it was intentional or not. Overall: recommended if you need thin insoles and don’t wear socks, but they are a PITA.
