I bought these for boots that were a bit, too big. They work wonderfully. A lot of trouble getting them in, however. Finally cut a piece of wax paper for the bottom. The package was delivered with open plastic bag/open hole. I’m not sure if it’s opened like this when it’s shipped or someone opened it while delivering. But the product itself seemed to be okay and not used. I wear size 8 for most of the shoes so I tried to cut it as it marked in the back of the insoles at size 8. But it was still too big to fit into my Adidas/Reebok Sneakers. So I trimmed it a little bit more. I have wide feet (measured as width EE at Allen Edmonds) also, but these insoles seemed to be extra wide. For anyone who has narrow feet, you will also need to trim it. I tried them on for a few days and I can say it does provide additional support and it is definitely softer than most of the insoles come with your shoes. ... show more

Ok so I did fall for the "theses relieved my foot pain." Testimonies. They are far better than other cuoices, they won't relieve your foot pain if your standing, walking a long time in there. The tired and sure feet will stay but they help they just don't do whatany of what the reviews soy
