I work as a commercial plumber and I own redwing boots. These replaced $70 inserts I got at the redwing store and they are not only cheaper but a lot more comfortable. They fit my size 11.5 foot well and they feel natural and they are comfortable right out of the box. You really notice how good they are once you wear them for a week and realize you no longer have achy feet. I’ve only owned them for a week but they feel durable and they were easy to install. Very comfortable out of the box, but within 9 weeks they were totally worn out and I'm not somebody that spends a ton of time on my feet. For four times the price of their cheaper insole, I'll just buy four of those and replace them as needed.

So for a while I would wear predominantly running shoes or sneakers. Somewhere in the last year I pushed myself at the gym when I was already exhibiting back problems. My doctor at the time was like "no big deal" and prescribed my escitalopram. Well a few weeks lifting at the gym at it had an adverse effect on my lower back. Since, I haven't been able to lift again. Now, My back hurts more often, I struggle to exit the car and I just don't move like I did a year ago. And on top of that, my knees and feet start hurting more and mind you, prior to the gym visit, that never happened. Now I stand on my feet for nearly 12 hours and today with these on for the first time, the relief is real! Only my back kinda hurts 🤣But that was like that before. My feet and knees don't feel the strain anymore. I am slightly happier for it. These are worth it! Update: I am a 230lbs man the works 40 hrs mostly standing. These did not last me 6 months personally, however, after replacing them, a very substantial difference.
