I’ve tried several shoe inserts over the years, and Dr. Scholl’s Advanced Pain Relief inserts are easily one of the best. The comfort is noticeable right away—soft but still supportive. They fit true to size, so I didn’t have to trim or adjust anything, which was a relief on its own. The arch support is a standout feature. It’s firm enough to keep my feet properly aligned, but not so rigid that it feels uncomfortable. Combined with the cushioning throughout the heel and forefoot, these inserts make long days on my feet much more manageable. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective they are at reducing everyday aches and pains. Another plus is the price. They’re affordable compared to many specialty inserts, but they don’t feel like a budget product at all. So for a while I would wear predominantly running shoes or sneakers. Somewhere in the last year I pushed myself at the gym when I was already exhibiting back problems. My doctor at the time was like "no big deal" and prescribed my escitalopram. Well a few weeks lifting at the gym at it had an adverse effect on my lower back. Since, I haven't been able to lift again. Now, My back hurts more often, I struggle to exit the car and I just don't move like I did a year ago. And on top of that, my knees and feet start hurting more and mind you, prior to the gym visit, that never happened. Now I stand on my feet for nearly 12 hours and today with these on for the first time, the relief is real! Only my back kinda hurts 🤣But that was like that before. Have low arches and use orthopedic inserts for 25 years. Inserts from Dr lasted 3 years Inserts from Good Feet store lasted 10 years. When I put these in it was more comfortable but not good enough. It did wonder to me. I brought so many shoes esp for food service shoe. Either it was too narrow or too tight or too uncomfortable. I had this $20 shoe which was super comfortable but sole was so thin it hurt my feet. So, finally after trying and returning shoes that costed $60 above. I decided to try this and man it did wonder. The arch support area is much too hard/firm for me. I needed cushioned comfort and support. Feeling like the "Princess and the River Rock" (forget a pebble), these were not for me.
