In the included brochure we even added an indicator to see how many pounds of water is in the Tank based on the water level height.

It is easy to take anywhere, and have it ready in minutes with the special pin valve. Push the pin once to open it up for water. Hold it under the faucet until you reach the desired weight. Push the pin again to open it up for air. Attach the pump, give it a few pumps until the Tank is firm, and youre ready to go!

The media could not be loaded. New to the product but so far it is really easy to setup and use. Adds a different dynamic to the workout allowing you to increase the intensity. Cannot comment on durability as I haven't had it that long.

This exercise tool is a great addition to my workout routine, it is so much FUN, I look forward to shaking the heck out of it. I recommend using a TABATA timer. It is awesome how much you can do with it & it's easily portable or storable, just empty it & refill it again. I love how I can adjust the velocity my workouts by adding or reducing the amount of weight whenever I feel like it.

Great product for balance and strength training

The instability adds an array of challenges for various workouts. Its main purpose is for physical therapy core workouts and at-home workouts for the whole family (young school-aged children included). However, it is most definitely portable and suitable for military PT training. For children, less water or smaller models are most ideal. Mine enjoy the soothing swish of the water. Somehow, it helps remind them of the beach while home during quarantine. As a sensory activity (and workout), we’ve found the additional coloring to be invigorating for these overly active and energetic small people! The straps are nice and thick with sturdy stitching, which hopefully proves to be long lasting. The clear material is thick as well. The last test would simply be time!
