I absolutely love my batteries, I use them for a 24v 70# trolling motor and it is amazing how long they last compared to my group 34's. After owning them for about a year, I did have an issue with one battery. It lost continuity, but the company was awesome to work with and they replaced it under warranty. So much lighter than the regular battery. I hope it gets more than a year of life, especially with these being lithium. If it does, will definately be a 5 star review. Just skeptical with it being so light weight.

I purchased 2 batteries from this company. Within 10 cycles, one of them quit working. The voltage is 11.6v. It will not take a charge. I have tried force mode, battery repair and even contacted the manufacturer of my charger. It will not charge. My charger works just fine on the second battery. I contacted customer service for the battery manufacturer. They are not in the US so it takes a day to get a response. Once they responded, they asked for voltages. I sent the information they asked for. The next night they replied saying now they need a video of me hooking up the charger and taking voltages. The next night they replied with I didnt tighten the terminals with a wrench and requested another video. So I sent it. The next night they are saying they want the charger out put voltage. I told them that the charger does not start charging unless a battery is detected. The next night they said they need a video of the charger not charging. I am done with this. If you want a marginal battery and a bunch of headaches with the warranty people get this battery. If you dont want all of the BS, get a different brand.

I purchased a 2 pack with the built in battery meter. The meter keeps showing a complete discharge, with 0 percent left, but still at 13.2 volts, and the battery still works. I have an external gauge, and I attach it, and it shows 80 percent or better, usually, with the same voltage. Is my battery actually low, or is it defective gauges on both of them? When I recharge, the built in gauge shows 100 percent and 13.5 volts or better, so what is going on? Can I replace the built in gauges, and if so, where do I get them and how do I replace them? Dr Prepare worked with me, and we determined that it was the gauges, not the battery. So, they refunded me $100 dollars on my order, which was for 2 batteries, and they have offered me a 10% discount on my next order from their store. I will order more batteries, as the work fine, just the gauges are off. Using my new shunt, I can tell that the batteries do put out what they claim.
