They have a wide, roomy toe box, no arch support at all, the heal is sloppy loose too. The lace up part is cinched down all the way and come together at the top. Its like they are meant for real fat feet and ankles or something. I own a great many pairs of boots and none of them do this. Their quality is good. The leather is thick but very soft and not stiff. The soul is kind of jelly or gummy but so far they feel good. I kind of wish I got 9.5 U.S. instead of 10 like I normally do. I may put different insoles in them that will be thicker and more supportive. I had to remove and reinstall the laces to make them work right. They did a cosmetic lace up method that wasnt really functional. I will keep em. They are not meant for outdoor work. They are a (nice) pair of indoor work boots or casual boot. ... show more

Although a good boot, there is nothing stitched to the tops. It's just the leather and there is no support. It makes the boot feel loose even though they are as tied tight. It's uncomfortable. If you like a tight fit, I do not recommend this style of boot. E-8

Comfortable for but me not much arch support and you seem higher on your heels than toes. Fit extra wide on the toe box and doesn't offer half sizes. Seem to be slip resistant. As this won't work for most it's a good fit or me and I Iove the style.
