Out of the package, the dragon design on the handle was a bit much. However, it is super easy to charge up, and the 3 speeds are nice to have depending on what you need. There's a battery indicator LED screen so you know when to charge it back up. One charge lasts quite a while though. For me, it was about 3 weeks of small trims here and there before it needed to be recharged. I threw on a 6mm guard hoping to use it to give myself a fade, but it was not good on my thick coarse hair. It kept pulling if I went too fast, even at the highest speed. I ended up using it to touch up and finish but had to rely on my old Wahl to do most of my haircut. A little disappointed that it can't do it all, but it's nice as a personal groomer for the minor touch ups.

This product charges pretty fast , I like how easy it is to you and it is pretty sharp . I do not have to use it multiple times to get to the bald level for my husband. It’s also perfect when I shape up his beard too . It’s small enough for travel kits

My husband has been using this for a few months now, and he is very impressed by the quality. The color, feel and attachments make him feel as though he is using a high end razor. The color has not faded or chipped with use. My husband has very thick beard hair, and this has helped him maintain his beard. It is very easy to assemble and clean, and does not pull his hair like other products have in the past.

The trimming edge is a little small for trimming body hair, but it works fine for beards. Decently sharp, doesn't pull hairs. It comes with a good number of accessories for different cutting lengths. I wouldn't consider this professional. I know hair dressers and barbers, and their tools are quite a bit more advanced. This is more than enough for household use. The three speed settings on mine are 60, 75, and 88. I think it correlates to 6000, 7500 and 8800 RPM. The description photos states otherwise, but these are what I'm seeing on mine. The battery lasts quite a while, more than enough for a complete shave from each charge. Overall, decent for what it is.
