Very effective at getting milk out quickly but I will say that it’s loud when pumping. This isn’t something you can do discreetly while on a zoom call or anything that requires you to be quiet. I bought this after trying the medela hand pump. This one is so much better! The option to switch from let down mode to pumping is so easy. The flange size is very big so I bought inserts to fit my nipple size. After a 10 minute session I got almost 1 ounce of milk. I like that the handle attachment does not easily pop off like the medela. Wish I bought this one first. Plus it’s easier to do hand pump vs getting my spectra electric pump together. ... show more
