I have tried/ used 3 different types of electric pumps and I feel like I get a better supply/ amount per pump when using this manual pump. I don’t use it often as it is a lot of work to manually pump it for 30 minutes per breast but you can hold it down and get a solid stream for a minute which makes it feel like I am getting more milk and better suction. This worked so great until the suction power just wasn't enough anymore. Now it's practically useless, but it worked great. I had another hand pump that broke on the 3rd use, so this one works and still works technically, just not for me now? I guess?

If you buy this and you don’t have massive nipples make sure you get an insert for the flange. I like that it connects directly to the bottles we use, but it doesn’t save you on dishes at all, because you wouldn’t give the baby the whole pumped bottle right away, so you have to use another bottle anyway. It would really only be nice to pump a bottle in the car or on the go, otherwise I would skip it. ... show more
