Overall, this chair is perfect for me. I'm 5'2 and on the petite side and the lumbar and neck support pillows hit right where I needed them, the massage quality is nice (and was very much needed after building the chair itself!), and the fabric is really soft and nice. My issues. There was damage to the seat of the chair upon arrival (depicted in photo). It's hidden and it was the only thing of damage I could find. I'm not sure how the seat was punctured but I did want to say something in case this could be an issue. For me, It's fine as no one can see it and it's not going to rip further and cause further issues. The instructions are horrendous. I did receive a message from the company selling the chair warning me that the instructions for the model of chair I bought are improperly printed (they don't have English instructions) and I was told how to get the English instructions in the email. This didn't work. Thankfully I'm really good at puzzles so I used the power of deduction and pictures to get me through to the final product. i live with chronic pain & also work at a computer from home. i really needed a new chair to help with my neck & back pain, & i really think this one is going to be a game changer. it was so easy to put together (not sure why there’s so many people who had trouble, i put this together by myself using non-english instructions lol) & didn’t take long at all to assemble (under an hour for me). i really appreciate that the fabric unzips for easy cleaning. i like the fabric feel a lot, i was worried about it since i’ve only ever had PU leather office chairs. the fabric is soft but the fibers are short, if that makes sense. i like that the neck pillow can be adjusted a bit, i like how customizable the arm rests are, & it rolls so smoothly. my only gripes are that the footrest doesn’t pull out smooth (you kinda have to wiggle it to pull it out) & i wish the neck pillow had a way to tighten the straps to keep it in place better once it’s in a comfortable spot. all in all, a pretty great chair at a decent price. ... show more

I love that the armrest can move inwards, outwards, up and down. It’s great for gaming at a desk or in front of a tv. The leg rest is really nice. The lumbar support pillow vibrates if you plug it in. The recliner feature is nice too, I’m about 5’4 and 125lbs and I can go all the way back without tipping over. The cushions are really comfortable. I’ve already recommended this chair to family and friends! ... show more

I’m happy I had a gift card to cover some of the cost because I probably would of been slightly disappointed with this chair at full price however it still has a lot of benefits compared to the office chair I had before first off is the 4D armrest they are probably the best part with a lot of adjustment possibilities I also like the material and how nice the chair it self looks but the cons… building this thing was honestly a hassle on some of the parts without help they will give you tiny screws and you have to place it in perfectly while holding the plastic pieces up with very small holes it squeaks slightly no matter what you do I’ve tightened the screws as much as I could and you will still hear it sometimes also the bottom back support pillow really doesn’t feel comfortable and the bottom seat is pretty stiff if this chair has a good sale or you just like the way it looks like I did I’d say get it because everyone’s experience and what’s comfortable to you might be completely different ... show more

The two negative things about this product was that the directions were in German (and unfortunately I don't speak the language) and it took quite a while to build. Other than that, once built, the product was pretty functional and comfortable. I loved the color and honestly was quite surprised that it offers a massage function within the pillow... yeah I haven't used that function yet on myself. I have turned it on (the vibrations are quite loud) but other than that it's just a support pillow for my chair. ... show more

I really enjoy the material this chair is made of it's very soft and comfortable, and assembling it was very easy the bolts were already in the holes so you just take them out and put the part on then bolt it together, super simple. The chair itself is a little on the small side but I'm small so I can fit it in it just fine but if you're a bigger person this chair probably isn't for you lol. ... show more

I choose this chair specifically for the material they used to construct it. I have had a PU Leather chair for the longest time, and my cats absolutely demolished it. I record video for professional disbursement and having a torn apart chair is definitely something that cannot be shown. This chair is both comfortable, stylish, and resistant to those little bugger's nails. I was skeptical about the armrests, but find that their adjustability and foam firmness to be pleasant. I'm a bit larger than what was intended for this chair at 5'11" and 200 lbs and the lumbar support pillow seems to push me just a little too far forward on the chair. Without it, the chair is deep and comfortable for long hours at the desk. It isn't overly plush, it is more on the firm side, so be aware of this if that is a concern. The lumbar pillow does have a usb powered massage function, though, and after a few hours in this chair it is a treat to turn on for a little. The headrest pillow is nice, nothing to say about it. The footrest is a bit flimsy and doesn't quite go out far enough to "kick your legs up" as it were, but still, I find it has use when my legs are tired of being planted on the floor. It also reclines up to 165 degree, nearly flat, but I haven't had much use for it. Nice to have, though. ... show more
