These are great for cutting bread dough. I got tired of using a knife because it tended to need a sawing motion. These are quick and easy. Go right into dishwasher and take little space in the washer or in the tool drawer.

I've recently gotten into bread and pastry making, as a typical man I avoided getting things that would make my life easier and as such put off getting a set of these for far too long. What a difference it makes when you use the right tools for the job. I can't say much for the quality as compared to others but I can say I'm abusing them and using them for things they shouldn't be and they're holding up great. Don't wait just buy a set.
