The labeling stickers came off most of the parts but it was easy enough to figure out how to put it together. But the disappointing part was the basket. I didn’t use a knife to open so I know I didn’t cut it. But the plastic that was wrapped around the outside (which also holds the netting) was already unraveling in 3 places. It did look like it was cut as pieces of it also fell out when I took it out of the packaging. I fixed it with black duct tape. But not something you expect or want from a brand new item.

Packaged very well came quickly. My only complaint is the instructions weren't clear but it ended up going together easily. I also liked they included covers for all exposed hardware. Very happy for the money I paid compared to other chairs this size

I purchased this chair as a gift for my wife and we both love it. The chair is large enough to fit both of us and is extremely comfortable. It’s literally used everyday. The chair does slightly squeak when it swings back and fourth but overall I’m happy with the purchase.
