This is made of heavy duty good quality material. It was easy to install. It is weatherproof and works great. The flap seals airtight when shut. It is also light enough for the cat to be able to push through.

This door is great to control when the pups are allowed out. I have 5 and they all used it with ease after figuring it out. It takes a few tools to install but that should be expected. I really like this dog door as it allows me more time instead of letting a bunch of pups in and out the house. Great quality as it seems it will last. Very happy and would absolutely recommend.

This review is for the product listed as, “Multi-Purpose Pet Door for Wall, Interior and Exterior Doors, Stainless Steel Frame and Retractable Channels, Sturdy and Durable (Weighs up to 100 lbs.)-Large.” This is a nice sturdy, heavy-duty dog door but it is also awkward. I got this to replace the dog door that we have had for decades. It is wearing out and parts are no longer available. It too is a size large, but it is a couple of inches wider than this one. We will have to use some boards to reduce the existing hole size before installing this one. This one is awkward in that it has flaps on both sides, and they are not as easy to push through as our current one. I do like the solid door for closing it up. It is sturdy too but difficult to operate. If I were willing to fork out 300 clams for a new doggie door, I would keep looking.

Very impressed with this dog door we had an older one that was here when we moved in it was good but a little cheaper feel to it this one however is very sturdy we have a lot of flies where we live due to the aquaduct and its hard to keep them out when our 3 dogs are moving in and out of the dog door all day this dog door has great magnets that close it very quickly
