This rechargeable electric pump is very basic, and would be best used as a back up, for travel, or occasional use. It is top heavy and requires one hand to hold it in place at all times. The collection bottle is thinner than a normal bottle and I'm not confident it would survive sterilizing by boiling. You get what you pay for, and this pump is a bargain that works, but is not fancy and may not fit all users.

My daughter is breastfeeding, and although she’s still on maternity leave, she plans to continue doing so when she goes back to work. This pump will allow her to express milk and store it as she can. This portable electric breast feeding pump comes with 10 breastmilk storage bags, but other store bags are easily available. It needs to be charged, but works very well. The only comment she made was that she would have liked to have two breast cups, instead of just one, like the larger pump she has for home use. However, the portability of this one will be great for her to take on the go. That being said, she said she’s giving it 4 stars.

I got this pump for a weekend trip just to avoid engorgement. It didn’t work at all at first, and then when it finally turned on the parts weren’t compatible and instructions were not legible. Ended up super engorged. Don’t buy!

Breast pump review KISDMFX Listed below are a few of the things that I look for when getting a breast pump. I hope this is helpful for you. 1. Adequate suction. Hospital grade would be anything more than 300 mmHg. Below that would probably be fine for occasional pumping but not for exclusive pumping or building supply. This pump has three modes (massage mode, pump mode, mix mode) and each mode has 9 levels of suction. It has between 60 mmHg and 380 mmHg depending on the level. 2. Comfortable suction. A lot of time this comes down to the fit of the flange, so it would be necessary to have the option to switch them out, they’re not one size fits all. This pump comes with one flange that is 24 mm. You may have to purchase additional flange sizes. 3. Easy controls. Easy to switch between letdown and expression mode, adjust pressure/speed, check time. Auto-shutoff after 30 min is good. It’s easy to switch between the different modes however, it does not have an auto shut off after 30 minutes. 4. Easy to find replacement parts. Spectra and Medela parts are available most widely, so compatibility with those is helpful. I could not find any replacement parts online. 5. Quiet. Especially at work you don’t want to be super noisy. This breast pump has 40 dBA. That’s not bad, but it’s not the quietest out there. 6. Portable. Either long cords or long lasting batteries that keep a charge through multiple pump sessions while away. It doesn’t say a lot about charging or battery life. It does say to not charge it for over 24 hours and that it has 30 minutes fixed time. 7. A nice option is to pump directly into bags but I don’t think this is a dealbreaker for most. This pump does not have this option, but you do pump directly into the bottle, that comes with a nipple and cover. 8. Hands free… I don’t think any wearable pumps can compete with a standalone. But if it checks the other boxes, they might have improved since I have been out of the pumping game a couple years. This is not the hands-free, wearable pump. But it is a small compact, portable pump that would be great to take on the go. 9. Affordable This is just a very simple, basic pump for $20. It does not have any of the bells and whistles to go with it such as a Phone app, extra flanges, carrying bag, etc. But if you’re on a budget and need a pump, or want an extra pump for when on the go, this would be a great choice.
