I use it on my black, thick hair, and it straightens my hair as it should. Of course, I didn't expect it to work like an expensive brand-name hair straightener, but it works pretty well. The adjustable temperature is a big plus. I would like it to have an auto-off function.

Excellent straightener. Heats up quickly, straightens hair well. Comes with a heat resistant glove and two hairclips to help aid in the process. I have not tried curling yet but I have faith this will work well!

The flat iron can be closed by pushing on the little button towards the end of the handle. It heats up quickly and the temperature is adjustable. There is a LED screen where you can see the temperatures. I like how my hair feels with the flat iron. It glides easily and leaves my hair very smooth. Overall a good quality flat iron that works well.

The flat iron truly only takes about 40sec to heat. The titanium plates are smooth and glides nicely on your hair. There is minimum smoke on the highest heat setting. More importantly, this doesn't leave your hair smelling like a hair salon from the 80's.

This is a very good hair iron for the price. It heats up fast and can go to 450 for keratin treatment. The plates are thin and the entire iron itself is not too heavy to hold for extended time. If you are looking for affordable and good quality, this is it.
