I got this set as a bedroom closet door. My old sliding doors kept coming off track. I also plan on opening my closet up so I don’t have a foot of lost clothes on each side & unusable storage space up top. These curtains are perfect. They will completely cover my current & future space. I already placed them in their permanent places. The material has a very nice weight to it. This means it doesn’t flap about with my ceiling fan on & my vent blowing on them at night. They have this beautiful color saturation & vibrant pattern. As you see, the picture does match up perfectly in the center part when they are together. The background is a nice just slightly grayish white. It is not a cream yellow undertone; more just a slight grey so it doesn’t glare at you. I have grey trim & the silver-grey rods compliment this perfectly. It should also work with cream colors due to the rich earth tone greens of the leaves & vines. My door beside it to the hall is cream white & it looks great near the curtains. I see these birds singing & flying in the flowers every night when I go to sleep & they evoke nice nature thoughts of prosperity & happiness as I think of small birds chirping in the bushes & trees. They also have the feeling of energy from the birds in flight free from gravity so this was a nice bedroom choice for me. ... show more

Very pretty vibrant print, just as shown. They have a silky feel and block out about 80% of light. I had them altered to remove the large silver grommets. Not total blackout, but very happy overall.

I absolutely love these curtains! The rich colors and "brush strokes" create a piece of artwork in my kitchen. Because I was taking a chance with matching to my new periwinkle and indigo paint colors based on the product and review images (and not finding a list of colors in the description or reviews), I will do my best to tell you all the colors. Blues and browns are dominant and in pretty much all shades. In blues, dark navy, royal, cornflower, aqua, tuquoise, and yes, even touches of indigo and periwinkle are present. Browns include cool dark brown to warm mahogany, and lighter fawn, taupe, tan. You will find plenty of gray shades as well. There is orange, red (the flowers have touches of burgundy and brick red) and subtle accents of pale yellow, salmon pink, light pinks, and sage, army, and olive greens. Behind one of the flowers is some black. Those are the colors I see. It is not a super sunny day, so I can't comment on how much they block direct sunlight.
