The media could not be loaded. For smaller spaces, this soundbar offers great value and sound for the price. I could mention that the bass is not impressive at all, but I did not expect great, thumping bass out of this small soundbar. It does have an RCA jack to hook in a separate subwoofer. I'd recommend that approach if you have the means and the space where you can use one without annoying the neighbors. Unlike a couple soundbars I've tried with HDMI eARC with my LG TV, the eARC connection was immediate and reliable. I recommend using the APP that is available for this product on Android for equalizing and setting for Dolby Atmos mode. As someone with some hearing loss at the higher ranges, I was happy with the Movie mode on this device as I was able to hear what the characters were saying quite clearly. The video I've provided doesn't capture the actual sound quality, but it's meant to give an idea of how it looks and operates. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound. I'll be picking up a companion subwoofer to go with it.

At first I did not like the sound bar. After I purchased a new Roku ultra and played around with the placement of the sound bar. I have it tilted. It sounds great and happy with the purchase.

For the price I'm very impressed. I use a Bose Smart Soundbar 900 for the TV in the living room, and given that it cost 4x the price of the Donner I wasn't expecting all that much from this much smaller and less advanced soundbar, but to be honest it punches above its weight. Now that's not to say that this soundbar will blow you away. It's not going to give you cinema quality sound, and at this price and size you shouldn't expect it, but it sounds damned good. The bass isn't all that much too write home about, but the mids and highs are crisp and clear. I have severe tinnitus with a little hearing loss at high frequencies, so dialog is often lost to my ears, but it's easy to pick out with this soundbar. All in all this is an excellent option for those on a budget.

I was trying to improve the quality of my TV audio without having to use my 5.1 home theater system, but unfortunately, this sound bar, despite is very well built and having lots of features in the app and also a variety of options to be connected like ARC option which is huge deal because you can use the same remote on your tv for the sound bar and also can be controlled from your phone as well, but the main thing is the sound quality which is different from what I was expecting. The main issue is that the sound quality is not that good; I would say it is just a bit better than my default TV sound; what I do feel got improved is the voices you can hear them with much more clarity, but the surround sound is not a big deal. Combining this sound bar with subwoofer equipment would be a game changer, way better. In conclusion, for those with an old tv, this will improve the sound a lot, but most modern TVs have an excellent sound similar to this. This soundbar is ok but not great.

First, I should start by saying I’m hard of hearing. I won’t pick up on the same nuances of sound that other reviewers might. Secondly, I’ve never tried any other sound bars before. This is my first attempt at getting upgraded sound. It only took me a few minutes to set this up. The app is full of controls that really didn’t benefit me since I don’t catch minor differences in sound… I passed it off to my kids and they messed with it until they were happy with it. I am very happy with the sound overall, as is my family. So far, we don’t have any issues or complaints. I know I’m not the best judge of these things so I’ve asked everyone who has watched a movie or show in my house and they all say it’s night and day, so I feel like this was a good choice for us. It’s also very compact and fit in the shelf with the TV nicely. Using it with a Vizio.

I use quite a bit of different sound bars to go with our TV's in our clinical center, and for this price this one is one of the best. The sound is not hollow and has some depth to it. You will need the app to get the best out of this, straight out of the box the sound is just ok. The highs and lows are not going to blow anyone away but for the price you can't expect that. This performed better than both Vizio and Samsung in the same range. I was pleasantly surprised by the weight to it, which generally means larger and heavier magnets which speaks to quality. The only thing I do not like is we are still trying to figure out how to have the sound volume at low when you turn it on.

Attractive, nicely constructed soundbar. Attempted to use with HDMI input without success on MacBook Pro (System 13.3.1), HP PC (Windows 11), and finally a direct connection to a Marantz 8802A's HDMI output, all with HDMI correctly selected on the soundbar, and attempted with a known operational HDMI cable. Nada. These items wouldn't work because the Mac and PC don't have eARC-compatible HDMI ports, and because my TV wasn't configured correctly for eARC through the Marantz. The TV, an LG C9 Series, needs the eARC specifically turned on in the user configuration menu. Once you've got that properly set, you can either feed the soundbar directly from the TV, or feed it from the processor. Thankfully, the soundbar works correctly (though without Atmos) with a Bluetooth connection on my iPhone. The smartphone app permits adjustment of bass and treble (two sliders) but no more sophisticated equalization. Connectivity with bluetooth, direct analog line in, and optical in are all properly functional. There's a handy remote, running on two AAA batteries (provided), but all adjustments can be made using the touch-glass on the top of the soundbar. The unit is not particularly heavy, has protective feet for your tabletop, and has a standard AC cord that does not incorporate any type of adaptor. I like this unit. Once I was finished dealing with finicky sources, I was pleased with it. I also was very happy with direct company feedback and responsiveness to some initial difficulties that I experienced with the HDMI connection.
