Shipped in 3 separate boxes. UPS delayed my drop off twice. The note claimed signature required, but their rep said the driver was mistaken. It still took an additional 4 calendar days to be dropped off. And they didn't get my signature at drop off, so the inconvenience was for nothing. One box arrived torn and open. The hardware and instructions were missing. I suspect they're sliding around the back of the UPS truck. I had to contact manufacturer for replacement parts. It was resolved without hassle. The bed took hours to assemble bc the parts weren't labeled as the manual said. It ended up being a solid good quality bed, but it certainly was more hassle than it should have been. ... show more

We have 7 children and we bought 2 sets of bunk beds. (So 6 beds) My only regret is that we didn't buy them sooner! It took my husband literally all day to put them together, but they are sturdy and totally worth it!

Did not come with clear instructions. Nothing was marked with numbers like the pictures indicated. Took me all day and night to figure out.

    • Great bed
Its perfect for or needs at the moment. It did take 3½ hours to assemble and you will need two people it fid come with the Allen wrench needed but you will also ned a Phillips screwdriver to complete the build. The kids love the bed it seems sturdy for now we will see how well it holds up.

This was easy to assemble and my boys love it. It is great that it opens more floor space for us. The color is beautiful although it is not real wood. I would definitely recommend these beds.

    • Delivery is not guaranteed
This is advertised as a guarantee delivery but u.p.s literally drove all around town pass my house and didn't deliver so my children had to sleep on mattresses. Because I was thinking the guarentee would be up I got rid of our old bunks and now I wish I hadn't. I wanted to love these for my girls but I now know better to not depend on a guarantee delivery. ... show more

    • Good quality and very nice looking
Very pleased and better than expected. With two of us putting together it took about 4 hours. So manage your time. But I also had a shipping issue but I called their Donco customer service and they were very helpful. I recommend this set if you have 3 kids and you need to save space.
