This is my 1st review, I'll provide an update after winter. I bought this product (10x13' in brown) a couple pf months ago. Delivery was ahead of schedule by 7 weeks from the date provided by Amazon =). Aseembly was OK, I did struggle a litle due the lack of steps in the provided assembly guide, however, I reached out to customer service and got feedback in 1 day turn around, somwtimes the same day, I reqiested additional procedures and videos, they were provided and I was able to complete succesfully the assembly. After some rainy and windy days in Michigan, I can tell my outdoor furnitorr was not wet, and despite the high winds the pervola is sturdy enough (even tough I havent attached the posts to my deck.). So far I'm super happy with this product, it looks fantastic you can enjoy sun or shade wherever you want, the fabrics in the package are also water/sun resistant so in hot days I really dont feel as hot as when I had an aluminum gazebo. Strongly suggest this product. Before starting assembly make sure you got all pieces hardarware and you fully understand every single step.

We bought the 12X16 pergola for our wooden deck to be able to have shade as well as cover when it rains. Delivery: We had a slight delay with delivery but the seller has excellent customer service and they were able to resolve the issue very quickly. We received the product within 3-4 weeks of purchase. Assembly: was straightforward, I watched the video before hand which made it easy to know what to expect and I was able to finish in 7-8 hours. Only complaint I have is that the manufacturer should have provided a drill bit as shown in the video (in addition to the Allen/hex key). Considering the price of the product, it is a simple thing to expect and the drill bit would have made assembly so much faster. Water resistance: the pergola is 90% waterproof thanks to the in-built gutter system. We are in northeast USA so drizzle or normal rain is fine but during severe weather with sideways rain, the furniture underneath gets wet. But this would be the case with any covered patio. And solvable by closing the curtains provided with the pergola. Overall: very happy with the seller’s customer service and very happy with the product! Would highly recommend.

I ordered this pergola bc the reviews looked pretty good and it was the cleanest and most modern looking design and it did not disappoint! I install pergolas similar to this for clients and they cost 30k plus! I wanted to get the same look but not spend that much. I couldn't be happier with it. As always with these products there were a few things that we had to work around but all fixable and it was not that hard to put together. I left the curtains off bc i was looking for clean lines. It took a few hours but it's very heavy and you def need a few people to get it into the air. I had an issue with the shipping that had nothing to do with Domi but they kept communication open and even though it wasn't their fault, they did everything to make it right and me a happy customer. Would def recommend it!

I was apprehensive to purchase this pergola. So glad I did. It took two of us and one day and a half to complete. Could've been one day but didn't want to push it. Watch the video provided by the vendor. Read instructions. Have competent help. If you have all of that in order before you start assembly it will be simple. All the right tools. Domi themselves are second to none. It was short some curtain clips. Had them at my door in 5 days from mainland China. They are very responsive and will accommodate anything you may have a problem with. Purchase from Domi Outdoor with great confidence. 👍

Its a good product but the instructions missed a whole step, also the holes were misaligned on one if thr larger piece, had to drill holes my self to make it work. Overall it’s a good pergola.
