We spent a couple of weeks looking for chase lounges we could put on the sun ledge of our pool that would not break the bank. We did not want to spend $700 to $1000 per chair for the fancy curvy loungers that let your butt sit in the water!! We were ecstatic when we found Domi outdoor loungers!! We passed over them originally as the first thing we saw was the word aluminum. We went back them as they had the orange color we really wanted and read more of the info to find out that the legs are plastic! We have loungers we can use on the sun ledge and the pool deck...for the price of a cheaper mad aluminum chair we saw at big box store!! They are easy to put together, sturdy and very comfy! Best of all, we liked them so much that we ended up with four of them at about half the price of the full plastic fancy ones that really only work on the ledge! We did have an issue with the assembly of one of them as a single insert was not pressed tight. When we tried to tighten the bolt, the insert moved and bolt cross threaded. We could not get it to tighten down, or come back out. We started the return process and the seller reached out to us. They asked for one picture and after we sent it to them, they immediately reached back out and offered to replace the chair! They then went way above and beyond and said we did not have to return the defective chair, as it was going to take a huge box as the one leg would not come off the chair. Seller gets a big shout out for that!! The wife was napping on one yesterday and says "Buy the Domi lounger!! You'll love it!" ... show more

We bought a pair of chairs as a Christmas gift. We didn’t discover a problem with one of the chairs until unboxing and assembly in late May. Our request for resolution was way beyond the warranty/refund policy. The domi Outdoor Living customer support team responded to our request for replacement in less than 24 hrs and provided a FedEx tracking number for a replacement chair. VSurprisingly well made and sturdy. When ordering plastic you never know what your getting. While I wouldn't do a belly flop on one, they offer great stability. Assembly was easy enough for this 65 year old woman. The back was the most difficult part of assembly, getting the screws to line up from the support bar attachment is difficult to do by yourself.
