However, while the gazebo itself is well-designed, the assembly process is marred by significant issues with the instructions, making it a challenging project for even experienced assemblers. Positives Once properly assembled and securely bolted to a deck, the gazebo feels robust and reliable. Its design is thoughtful, with a structure that supports stability and durability. The 10x20 footprint provides ample space, making it ideal for gatherings or relaxation. Aesthetically, it enhances the outdoor area with a polished and inviting look, offering great bang for the buck at its price point. Negatives The primary drawback lies in the assembly instructions, which are in dire need of a complete overhaul, particularly for the 10x20 model. As someone experienced with assembling complex structures, I found the instructions riddled with critical errors that could easily derail the process. Gazebo was exactly what I was looking for. They ship it in two boxes and one of mine was damaged in the process causing a decent sized dent in one of the posts but the seller immediately remedied the situation and offered a partial refund or replacement part. Very responsive and very easy to work with. Expect a few hours to assemble but it’s great for the price. The first weekend I had it up, we were getting storms with 80 mph winds. I didn’t want to take a chance and took the main canopy off, but point being it is relatively easy to do so. Put it back on the next day with just 5 minutes and a ladder. Great product if you are looking for something a little less permanent and heavy as the hard top options.

Instructions on placement of hooks on page 10 confusing. Look at page 29 & 30 for clearer instruments actions of how many hooks on rails. Otherwise, love it and customer service was great.
