I am very happy with my decision on buying this product. I bought 10x12 all metal Gazebo. Delivery : - Product came in on time and no damage at all. Packing :- All 4 boxes were packed well with insulation and not missing any parts not even one screw. Assembly :- This was a project for two people. It took me and my son 4 days to assemble it completely. We took our time during lunch time and after hours. We also used two power screw drivers and ladders to speed up the assembly process. In over all we did strips some screws but seller had packed few extras just in case which helped us out. We followed the instruction's per booklet which are well written until we came to roof panel part, which we had to figure out on our own. Here are some of the steps we figured out on our own these might help other trying to assemble. Step 13 and 14 are the ones that will require two peoples and two ladders and lots of patience. Step 13. When assembling the U1 and U2 on roof frame do not tighten all the screws , keep them lose half way because you will need to align them with Roof panels. Step 14. When adding panels starting with W1 -W6 , X1-X8 keep the screws lose until panels are all aligned and screws are match with U1 and U2 bar holes. Make sure to use rubber item on all screws to prevent the water leaking inside the structure. Before adding the panel place the structure at final locations because it will become very heavy to move. Results: Beautiful, Strong and heavy structure. It sustained winds upto 20 miles and heavy rain. Overall this was a good purchase at good price compare to Costco and other sellers on Amazon.

Edit: For some reason my email did not send me a response from the vendor. He followed up with me when I wrote this review. He helped me find what part it was when the manual was too damaged by rain for me to read and he sent two new replacement posts promptly. Upped to 5 stars. He was very cordial and he addressed the issues I had. I'm very happy with the outcome. Its an overall good structure but two supports came in bent. I asked for two replacement supports while posting pictures as evidence and got no response and got an email stating the inquiry was closed. I had to go to a welder to get the metal softened enough to try to pound it back straight again and put a 2 x 4 cut length wise down the center to strengthen it. It works but is still marred on the outside.

Well its absolutely amazing even our neighborhood flies love it....No but really it is a great space to stay out of the sun or rain and with all curtains closed you can have your own personal sauna on a hot June day, but for yours and the flies sake keep the curtains open and leave the mosquito nets closed so you can at least get a good airflow. OVERall I would by it again it was a good purchase and is very sturdy.

The instructions were 98% drawings with very little actual instructions. The Amazon listing says 3-5 hours to assemble, it took a savvy contractor 10 hours to assemble not including hanging screening and curtains. Overall it looks great and we look forward to enjoying it. I would recommend purchasing, but again just be aware of how long it takes to assemble.

It took 3 people to put this together. You need 2 step ladders. You have to be able to follow the directions. It's not super easy to put together, especially if you haven't built anything before. It was like a large puzzle. It's sturdy material. We put rocks/stones in pots at each corner to make it more stable. Sometimes it's windy here. It's not only beautiful, it practical/function shade, sitting under it is cooler. It's a good price. We were able to mount 2 lantern lights underneath. So happy with bought this one.

THIS GAZEBO IS EPIC! We needed the upgrade and this surely did not disappoint. We shopped all around for a while but never found anything this big. We were skeptical about buying something like this online but we’re so glad we did. It’s very sturdy and spacious comes with 3 centered ceiling hooks for hanging a light or plant etc. and has a built in drainage system. It arrived several days early and came with easy to follow instructions. We got the 14 X 40 and we absolutely love it!!!

It will take time to assemble this gazebo but it’s well worth it. Looks gorgeous on our lake dock. We were missing a couple of parts but they were sent to us quickly. Would recommend after unpacking all the parts to organize your parts in like piles. Really helps to keep organized when assembling.
