If you do not have any experience building things, hire someone else to do it. If you are comfortable tackling this project yourself, be prepared to get frustrated at the vague directions and each page being a new nightmare. This is a 2 person job. The roof was the worst part, the clips do not stay on well. Don’t tighten the roof or the top track until everything’s on. It’ll help save you some aggravation of things appearing to not line up. That being said when it’s complete, it’s well worth the hassle. Shoutout to the awesome support team this company has, the boxes arrived with missing parts and they sent replacements out immediately.

If you like 5 heavy boxes, 3000 screws, and parts that have zero tolerance for space (meaning there is NO flex for any wiggle room), this is the gazebo for you! And the people that say this takes 2 people and 10 hours to put up, are NOT kidding. The room panels are the worst design I have ever seen. Once it's up, It looks great, but getting it up took a couple of weekends. Also, one thing to add is it would be nice if there were a way to attach other lights to the inside above the curtains and not just two hooks at the top.

The instructions were 98% drawings with very little actual instructions. The Amazon listing says 3-5 hours to assemble, it took a savvy contractor 10 hours to assemble not including hanging screening and curtains. Overall it looks great and we look forward to enjoying it. I would recommend purchasing, but again just be aware of how long it takes to assemble.

I am very happy with my decision on buying this product. I bought 10x12 all metal Gazebo. Delivery : - Product came in on time and no damage at all. Packing :- All 4 boxes were packed well with insulation and not missing any parts not even one screw. Assembly :- This was a project for two people. It took me and my son 4 days to assemble it completely. We took our time during lunch time and after hours. We also used two power screw drivers and ladders to speed up the assembly process. In over all we did strips some screws but seller had packed few extras just in case which helped us out. We followed the instruction's per booklet which are well written until we came to roof panel part, which we had to figure out on our own. Here are some of the steps we figured out on our own these might help other trying to assemble. Step 13 and 14 are the ones that will require two peoples and two ladders and lots of patience. Step 13. When assembling the U1 and U2 on roof frame do not tighten all the screws , keep them lose half way because you will need to align them with Roof panels. Step 14. When adding panels starting with W1 -W6 , X1-X8 keep the screws lose until panels are all aligned and screws are match with U1 and U2 bar holes. Make sure to use rubber item on all screws to prevent the water leaking inside the structure. Before adding the panel place the structure at final locations because it will become very heavy to move. Results: Beautiful, Strong and heavy structure. It sustained winds upto 20 miles and heavy rain. Overall this was a good purchase at good price compare to Costco and other sellers on Amazon.

A lot of people ask about whether or not this gazebo can handle the snow. The manufacturer says it can "withstand strong wind and snow(2500lbs)." I live in Minnesota. For wind, we have ours bolted into the concrete and have not had a problem. For snow, we had a slightly above average snow season and had no problem. I attached photos from various points throughout the winter to demonstrate. A couple of parts were damaged in shipping and the company sent out replacements pretty quickly. About 16 hours for two people to assemble. Bottom line, we love our new gazebo as the centerpiece of our redesigned backyard.
