I love everything about this shed-roof gazebo. For my needs, it is such an improvement for my home setup. At the back of the house, is my bedroom, with a set of French doors which lead out to a 15’ x 15’ deck. I recently was forced to replace those French doors due to rot from the rain splattering the deck and splashing onto the back of the house & deck. Now, I can walk out the back & into a covered deck. I bought the 12 x 14’ gazebo & this unit covers the entire space perfectly. Now, no water at all hits the back outside wall, nor does it hit the French doors. This means no more water issues or damage.. This was a great purchase! The instructions are as most reviews describe. We were able to get the job done, after several days of intermittent sessions. All the parts were there, the quality is good. This product is solid & it looks good, not cheap.

I bought this in February and am just now getting to putting it together. I started assembling parts and right of the get go first page and one of the support brackets from the corner pole to the roof was must have moved in the Jig because it wasn't straight and one hole is about 1/4 " out of alignment. I sent them an email and requested the part. They got right back to me and asked for an order number. They haven't gotten back to me yet but it was only a day age so no big deal. Everything else is going together well other than that. The directions are easy to follow and well drawn out. I have put a ton of Ika things and this is similar. I will update upon completion. And people complaining that it is flimsy I disagree with. It is designed well and is a sturdy build. Update Domi was great with shipping me the damaged part and it arrived quickly. From reporting the part to arriving was a little over a week. Not bad at all. The build is sturdy and went up well. I was able to assemble this by myself. It is quite easy to do alone. You just have to do it a little differently than the directions show but doable. One day to assemble all the parts in garage and two and a half days to put it together. It could have easily been done in two days if it wasn't nearly 90 degrees out and I wasn't 71 years old. But alas I am old. Like I said it is very sturdy and looks nice. Domi 12' x 14' Wall Mounted Gazebo Size: Our deck is 12’ x 18’. Attached are photos for your reference. Tip: Measure CLEARANCE, not the overall size of your deck. Shipping: All 3 packages arrived earlier than expected. Quality: The “windows” (triangular shades on the two sides) seem to be fragile but they hold up to wind and rain just fine. The frame and roof are great considering the price. Privacy curtains and nets are great quality. Installation: It took 11 hours, 1 person worked the whole time while 1 assisted half the time. Instruction manual is well put together and easy to follow. Tips: Install roof panels from left to right, not bottom to top. Make sure bolts are tight enough throughout the whole process. Customer Service: You'll have to have patience for daytime inquiries because they're in China but if you're emailing them in the evening - late night, they will respond quickly. They work as a team and it's clear that their top priority is customer satisfaction. Warranty: We appreciate that if customers have any issues or concerns, we simply provide a few photos; they'll take the time to discuss with their engineers & come up with reasonable solutions until you're completely satisfied. Domi takes customer service seriously and stays true to their warranty promise. Room for Improvement: The privacy curtains/netting doesn't stay on the frame if there are high winds because the velcro isn't strong enough but we found an easy solution (pictures attached). In addition, just like any other outdoor curtains, wind can blow the curtains every which way. Some people use sand bags to hold the curtains down but we used self-drilling screws & curtain rings so curtains can be easily secured or taken off from frame/deck/floor. Note that we are being very detailed in this review, Domi is still a 5-star company in our opinion. Overall: We feel extremely comfortable buying Domi products due to their customer service. This gazebo is a wonderful alternative to building your own structure which may require permitting. Great value - our deck is now a four-season space that the whole family can enjoy. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. We are so happy with our new mounted sunroom—it has completely transformed our space and is now my favorite place to relax, read, or just enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. The quality of the materials is top-notch: sleek, sturdy, and completely leak-proof even after a few heavy rains. The installation process went fairly smoothly. My husband and I did need to tag-team some of the instructions, but overall it was very doable and well laid out. My husband is a workhorse, and the only one to put it together, I did help hold a few pieces. The entire installation took a full day and a half, but that’s because we have 3 little kids. Once installed, it was clear that this is a high-quality product built to last. I did however, install a few of the window panels on inside out so a few of them are now permanently stuck, but that’s my own doing😒 reached out to the seller, but nothing back yet - will update to 5 stars if company responds The only downside—and it’s not the company’s fault—is the third-party delivery service they used, Total Transportation. Unfortunately, they were unreliable and a bit of a headache. They missed two scheduled delivery appointments, and the first time they backed out last minute, saying one of the boxes was over 600 lbs and they needed us to have a “crew” or a “forklift on site”. Not ideal for a residential delivery. Despite that hiccup, we would absolutely recommend the sunroom itself. The product is amazing, and the company has done a fantastic job with design and construction. Just hope they reconsider their shipping partners!
