The sunroom is very nice and sturdier than I thought it would be. We were out of the country for a couple weeks and a heavy snow and ice storm hit. I was worried that the roof would collapse because it said it's not meant for places with snow. When we got home there was about 4 in of snow and ice on and it was slightly bowed in one area. We did have the center support post up that came with the kit. We were able to remove the ice and the snow. It has rained since then, no and there are no leaks. Answered prayer! We built a deck and then assembled the 12x14 sunroom on top of the deck. The whole thing took us about 30 hours. There are a lot of screws and nuts and bolts and everything is packaged very nicely and can be easily inventory before you begin.

Going to update as we go. Prepping while we wait for help in 2 weeks (I had surgery on my right hand and can't do much as far as gripping or holding pieces up, my husband could probably do it alone, but there's no rush and it will be a nice project for him and his brother) Prep in the garage: #1 we found the instructions- they are very well written in a bound book( #2 we separated all of the screws and small parts into labeled ziploc bags for easy find in controlled chaos (they're numbered in the instructions and their packaging) #3 everything is bundled by part number and wrapped in Styrofoam sheets; we found the sticker and wrote the part number on the Styrofoam wrapper for easy find #4 we assembled all of the components (stopped where it required the glass to be put in because you do that once the frame is up), wrapped like pieces together with painters tape, and labeled what it was (ie "L side beam" or "rafters" Everything has gone together beautifully. High quality materials and spot-on pilot holes. There will still be a lot to do, the day of, but this will make it quicker and easier... plus it was a way I could work on it too with my hubby ❤️

The media could not be loaded. We are so happy with our new mounted sunroom—it has completely transformed our space and is now my favorite place to relax, read, or just enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. The quality of the materials is top-notch: sleek, sturdy, and completely leak-proof even after a few heavy rains. The installation process went fairly smoothly. My husband and I did need to tag-team some of the instructions, but overall it was very doable and well laid out. My husband is a workhorse, and the only one to put it together, I did help hold a few pieces. The entire installation took a full day and a half, but that’s because we have 3 little kids. Once installed, it was clear that this is a high-quality product built to last. I did however, install a few of the window panels on inside out so a few of them are now permanently stuck, but that’s my own doing😒 reached out to the seller, but nothing back yet - will update to 5 stars if company responds The only downside—and it’s not the company’s fault—is the third-party delivery service they used, Total Transportation. Unfortunately, they were unreliable and a bit of a headache. They missed two scheduled delivery appointments, and the first time they backed out last minute, saying one of the boxes was over 600 lbs and they needed us to have a “crew” or a “forklift on site”. Not ideal for a residential delivery. Despite that hiccup, we would absolutely recommend the sunroom itself. The product is amazing, and the company has done a fantastic job with design and construction. Just hope they reconsider their shipping partners!

The sunroom makes my entire house look and feel larger. I was afraid it might make the inside of my house feel darker but it actually makes it brighter by reflecting sunlight inside. Though the assembly process was difficult due to some missing parts, Domi customer service took care of the problem graciously within 24 hours. The sunroom is beautiful and we love it. The picture s show it with the windows on; you can also take them off and have just screens for more breeze.

Honestly, we've had this up for a couple months and it's been amazing. It took me a couple days to build and the instructions were very straight forward. It quickly became a beautiful addition to the house and everyone asks about when they come over. Additionally, we have six kids and it's holding up well.

Unit came with some flaws. We did fix them. And have contacted manufacturer for a replacement part. However the inconveniences make this a 4 star for me. If your unit comes without some of the small issues out did. Then 5 star for sure. Easily doable with two people over the course of a day. Or at most one and a half.
