However, we've developed standard dimensions based on market demand to suit most customers, including 8x12FT, 10x12FT, 10x14FT, 12x14FT, 12x16FT, and 12x20FT. Do I need to apply for any permits to install this product? This depends on each state's specific policies. We recommend consulting your local government to apply for permits before purchasing and installing. We will assist by providing installation blueprints for the product. How many doors does this sunroom have? This sunroom features a total of three doors, including the front door and two side doors. The final assembled gazebo is absolutely gorgeous and high quality. Well made. Now. Let’s talk assembly. Opening the (three) boxes and seeing all of the parts was overwhelming. Then referring to the instructions didn’t help. One box arrived damaged so we reached out to customer service and they shipped replacements for the damaged pieces right away. Arrived a week later. Their quick reply was appreciated. Assembly advice: You will be far better off with a battery powered screw gun. Do not fully tighten the frame screws until the end as some of the connection brackets won’t line up and may need shifting. Definitely need two people. It was worth the effort and patience. Wow! Love this new space! Assembly wasn't too difficult, and it did require two people. I can't believe how warm the room stays considering it's 8 degrees outside with 40 + MPH wind gusts. It was 48 degrees inside the sunroom during these conditions without the heat even being turned on. We actually used this new sunroom to host Christmas dinner with the family this year. The room is not watertight, but it does perform as advertised being labeled water resistant. Overall, couldn't be happier with the purchase. Customer service has been outstanding as well. We purchased this item over a year ago and we are very happy with it. It's a bit of work getting the roof on if you are short (like my husband and I), but the instructions were pretty good. It has survived several severe storms and still looks as good as the day we got it. We do have a couple small roof leaks, but that probably has more to do with us rushing through the roof construction than it does any kind of product flaw.     • There are many things to like about this sunroom, but also several cons.

Pro: Looks GREAT! Color is perfect! One 12th the cost of a Patio Enclosures sun room. Assembled by one, sometimes 2 people. No glass, so less chance of shattering. Transition to screened porch is simple. Removable winter roof supports against heavy snow. Cons: Dimensions are not as accurate as they need to be. Very little to no room to adjust double doors so they close without gaps. Windows are soft plastic and tinted, not glass-clear polycarbonate which is light, strong, and optically better than glass. The biggie: LOTS of gaps EVERYWHERE that not only let cold air in, and myriad places for insects. We will have to caulk under the bottom rails, against the house, and under the bottom edge of the roof where gaps are so big a Murder Hornet could walk through. Neither pro nor con: Comes on a pallet that's over 6' long and over 3' high that cannot be moved without a pallet mover. Just be aware. Directions are extensive but some things aren't 100% clear. My contractor and I had to work some of the details out about what went where, and what was optional, and what was not. ... show more

Well built and pretty easy to set up. Instructions are lengthy and well illustrated. It will take two to three people to set up. The overall quality is quite good. We really love the look against our house. The value for your money can't be beat considering we were given estimates for a 12' x 16' three season extension between $35K and $50K. I highly recommend assembling the long assemblies ahead of time and put them off to the side. It made final assembly much easier when placing on a deck or slab. I also recommend looking over the entire instruction manual ahead of time so you understand how the instructions work. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product because of the cost and because of the features I thought would work best with my family and pets. I needed something more stable and permanent than the various canopies and pergolas I have purchased and had to replace over the years because of the sun and weather conditions. First, it came on a double pallet with several large boxes. It was intimidating to me and to the guys I hired to put it together! Secondly, if putting on a deck, have a qualified person make sure the deck is sound before installing. Thankfully, my friend, who is also a professional contractor, did an inspection and found a bunch of things wrong and repaired them first. Total time is hard to estimate as my install included deck repair as well as several weather delays. My deck gets the south facing afternoon sun and is unusable without a shade of some sort and the metal was too hot to touch on some days. But I would say a week at most. There are A LOT of pieces and the instruction manual looked like a textbook. Spend the time to get organized first. Although mine is not completely sealed up and all the screws in place and back to normal, I am able to use it. Let me tell you, it holds in some heat!! Even with the windows all the way down, it’s hotter inside than outside. I will be putting a fan on the wall to help with that. But I’m also glad because I planned on using this space to overwinter some of my potted plants instead of bringing them into the house. We’ve had a very rainy spring and early summer here in the south and this structure hasn’t leaked at all, even with it not being completely flush against the house. I know a few reviews complained about that, but it’s not been an issue for me. The thing I like best is NO BUGS! There’s nothing worse when sitting outside relaxing than having to swat away a million flies and mosquitoes! I will post pics of the finished product, but I wanted to show you all parts of the process since they can be hard to locate. Update: 06/27/2025 We’ve had several storms since the sunroom was put up and other than me leaving the windows down and deck boards not being flush with the unit, have had no water leaking in like other pictures. I would say ‘install error’ or that space was already prone to water. I have done my best to seal between the flashing and the wall and it’s been okay so far. If it becomes an issue, just have someone install a larger flashing directly above the current one. ... show more

We purchased our sunroom back in December 2024 and finally began constructing it in the middle of May when the weather was more predictable. It took us a total of two days to complete and we absolutely love the Domi 12x10 Sunroom. My wife and I did most of the pre assembly of the frame and other parts before needing the assistance of a third person for placement of the frame and putting up the 3 walls to the frame. We had one mishap that slowed our progress with resulted in a redo of the sliding door assembly. The M1 and M3 rails were all mislabeled as M3 on them all, but we finally realized the problem after a couple of hours of trouble shooting. Overall it was a fun experience and we are looking forward to many hours of enjoyment without mosquitoes!! ... show more
