I got this because I have had multiple neurosurgeries and get a lot of pain from headrests in my new car. The headrests tilt too much. It does help. It does fill the gap behind my neck, between the headrest and back. That's what I need. So it is successful in making the car more comfortable. However, this isn't as molded or strong as I'd hoped. The foam inside is very squishy. There is a gap between my neck and the side arms. My biggest issue is that it's hard to get in the car. It doesn't stay firmly in place, it sort of sags. The side arms get squashed behind my shoulders and it's hard for me to reach to pull them up around my neck. I wish they'd stay tightly pointing straight out and I could just lean back into it, but it doesn't work that way. I'm keeping it because it does fill that behind the neck gap. But I wouldn't buy again. ... show more

I’m short, so this sits a little high. But when you recline the seat a bit and pull down a little on the headrest pillow, it works very well. It definitely keeps your head from wobbling all around in the car and supports your neck.
