So when I first opened the box I was worried, because the glass was cloudy. HOWEVER, there is simply protective film over every side of the frame and base. The display portion is magnetic and holds very well - so you simply have to pull the pieces apart to put whatever your displaying inside. Also, keep in mind that the protective film is not only on the outside of the display case, but also on the inside (once you pull it apart). Once you do that it is crystal clear and looks/works perfectly. PS. I used mine for movie stubs and chose to leave the film on the back side to give it the sort of 'frosted' effect.

I think this can hold any paper money. The magnet is pretty strong and it seems durable. I also like the fact it’s thin. However, it’s a two piece deal and the base dormant stay intact, so when moving it around, consider them as two pieces.

I was looking for an acrylic holder for a British note and was only finding really expensive ones from overseas until I did the measurements. Decided that for $15, it was worth a try and I'm so glad I did. The hardest part was getting the film off. I'd just like to add that without Alan Turing's work, I wouldn't have a career that I love and wouldn't be able to write this review.

The plastic is too cloudy to properly display the contents. It should be more transparent. The two plastic plates don't fully sit tight together when placed on the base either.
