Material is soft and good quality, is not scratchy and would provide a little extra warmth. Nice weight. This jacket overall feels like it runs large for the style pictured. I'm 5' 5" 165 and usually am a L (or XL if the clothes run small) however I got this jacket in a Medium and it still looks a little baggy, rather than the chic style it looked like on Amazon. Depending on how you like your clothes to fit the looser look might be nice but if you want it more fitted you may want to order a size down.

I absolutely love everything about this fall jacket. The quality is spectacular and the material is quite comfortable. The craftsmanship is magnificent and makes the jacket look far more expensive than its reasonable price tag would suggest. It fits true to size with a slightly slim silhouette. If you're looking for a looser fit, you should size up. The sleek style adds a modern flair to this jacket. I also love that this jacket works well for casual and dressy occasions. Highly recommend!

This jacket is a hot mess when you put it on. Unless you’re built like a high fashion runway model and you can only be seen in carefully selected lighting and at strategic angles, it’s likely not going to look good on you either. I looked at least 25 pounds heavier in this, and it just made me look shapeless and sloppy. That’s how these oversized, out of proportion clothes work.

I am 5ft 3in tall about 105# I do have wider shoulders. I ordered a size Medium in Black. It is big on me with a summer shirt under. In cooler weather, with a sweater under I think it would fit much better..... I am trying to get ahead of the cold weather, I am ordering jackets when it is 90+ degrees outside. lol! I do like this jacket a lot. The material is medium to heavy weight. With a dense weave. 85% polyester, 10% viscose, 5% elastane. It would be appropriate for cooler fall weather, not full on winter unless you are in the far South. The inside is fully lined. The quality of this coat pleasantly surprised me. It may sound nit picky but looking at the sewing and button placement, everything is absolutely even. There is not a single string hanging. This alone makes the coat look much more expensive than it is. The fit is cropped and a bit boxy. It would be great for a petite gal. There are points to adjust the fit. There are buttons on the sleeves in two places to adjust the cuff width and elastic on the bottom of the back. If you are my size order a size small or extra small. Oh! and pockets. There are two outer side pockets that are REAL and usable for small items like a phone. If you pack it for traveling it will wrinkle. Hanging will not suffice to get the wrinkles out. A quick steam or iron would work best.

I wanted to love this cropped trench coat and wear it regularly, but it was too big for me. I ordered a size medium, and it was way too big for me. The overall cut is oversized and boxy. I could have sized down to a small for a much better fit. For sizing reference, I am a size 8/10 in pants, 4'11'', and a 36D chest. The overall quality is very nice, and the detailing is high-end looking.
