One of the legs has a broken part, I am not able to raise the canopy support mechanism and hold it in place. So far has not held up well in rain. I am trying to stretch canopy top with clips as was suggested by a prior customer . Update to my review : After reaching out to 3rd party seller I received an immediate response asking me to describe problem, this was promptly followed by replacement part to be shipped to me and then followed up with promise to provide shipping info. So far I have been very pleased with this supplier.

The first day it was perfect for keeping the sun out, but the second day we had 18-25 mph winds and it blew into the next yard and one of the arms broke. It didn't even come with the metal stakes to hold it down. Buy Metal stakes or something to keep the legs from moving if you plan on buying this.

Very good, I got it really fast and it’s pretty durable. It can stand a lot of wind and rain. I haven’t used it a lot, but the times that I have I have been satisfied. It’s really easy to build, though you have to put rocks or something heavy otherwise it might fly off with the wind.
