Very good product , all in one , easy to use only found the QR code difficult to synchronize,but finally it worked , the camera doesn’t show the tray at all , if just the camera can be moved downward it would be perfect . Other than that very good quality with all options. 🌹🌹🌹

I got my unit yesterday, it seems it was a used unit since it came dirty inside and has permanent stains on the inside where the food goes, I gave it a nice a clean 🧼 and the stains wouldn't go away but at least the unit is disinfected now. The camera is pretty good, the sound quality is okay, it picks up a lot of white sound/ feedback. The unit is very light weight, I thought the inside would be stainless steel lined since is bad to keep pet food in plastic for long periods of time ( affects the taste, the plastic seeps into the food, etc ). You have to use an app to set the settings and that's fine and all but the app needs some serious updates, you can't change the WiFi network without deleting the entire device ( feeding settings, history, etc. ). You can't have two pets "bind", so you can't have two different feeding schedules for each pet. You can have the more than one pet registered but it will only give the feeding setting of one. This is better for people with only one pet. My unit is pink, I thought the whole thing would be pink but its just the front part where the camera is. ... show more

Amazing product！The storage space is massive, and the pan is big enough for cats to eat and even using their paws to gather the food. It's so smart and futuristic, automatically dispensing the food over the app, and the built-in camera and mic are fantastic.

    • Stopped working after 2 months
This stopped working properly 2 months after receiving it. The WiFi light blinked like it wasn’t receiving a WiFi connection one day and no matter what I did (reset, powered off and back on, un-plugged, re-set router, etc) it never reconnected. Therefore, I wouldn’t connect to it on the app anymore so it basically became an expensive dog bowl. ... show more
