I purchased this super cute water bottle as a gift for a pet owner. When I received it, the dog bowl was screwed on so tight that I could not remove it myself. It will be okay, as long as it does not get over-tightened again. I liked the idea that the owner can get a drink, as well as her puppy.

I LOVE 2 things about this bottle. The fact that you can never accidentally drop or lose the cap, and the fact that the bowl is attached to it - running out the door and forgetting the bowl isn’t an issue anymore. A simple twist, and you have a beautiful bowl that would fit in any environment - park, cafe, bougie restaurant 😅 It’s so convenient to just fill the bottle and go, without the hassle of having to look for a spare bowl. I like that it’s insulated to keep water cold even if I leave it in the car. I never hand wash anything, so I’m glad it’s dishwasher safe. I saw some reviews that said it was difficult to twist the bowl off, but it wasn’t the case for me. It’s secure when it’s attached, and a simple twist was all I needed to get it off. I’m 5’4” and not particularly strong so do what you will with that comparison.

We like to hike here in Hawaii and take the fur baby along. For years we’ve used the collapsible silicone water dish with great success… when we remember where it is and remember to bring it. This bottle makes remembering the bowl a literal no brainer. First thing to mention is this water battle looks and functions as well as any of the higher end double wall insulated water bottles I currently own. A few ice cubes and this keeps water cold all day and cool for days if left in the car. Secondly, when we go for hikes this bottle is large enough for me and my fur buddy so it is my primary water bottle as well. In most every moderate hiking situation that eliminates having to carry a dedicated extra bottle which was my original assumption and I found unnecessary. Another great function of this bottle is the water cup can be filled with dog food or snacks before leaving the house and eliminates the need for an additional treat bag. Fantastic quality water bottle and such a simple good idea. Fantastic gift idea for the outdoorsy dog lovers. Perfect for beach days too. Solid 5 stars for design, quality and usability. My grading scale My ratings are based on one or more of the following characteristics. I have been using this bottle on top of having a collapsible bowl in my car and a portable bowl. why, you'd ask? Because I like having options and I'm always out on the road. But this takes the cake because it's fit right into my bottle. What I do is that I use this bottle as mine and then I let my dog drink out of the bottom part. you can actually already fill up the bottom part so you start out with more and it's more efficient this way. ultimately, I feel that this is somewhat of a small bottle but only if you're sharing it with your dog. and even then i drink a lot of water so for my this works. i wish it were larger but that won't be an issue for most people (especially if you don't live in Texas). there is plenty of room for water and i love using this bottle because I never have to worry about my dog being thirsty anymore. i can just pour some of my water for my dog. there's no way for it to be cross contaminated. my dog is my companion and not a pet so i don't mind sharing! and it's a great way to utilize this bottle efficiently!
