Slide locks move during use, locking the door when not desired. This is a bummer as my dog can go through in one direction but cannot return because the locks slide out enough to prevent the door from swinging back the other direction. I've placed tape over them so itnis always unlocked, but that renders the locking feature useless until the tape is removed. I dont really want to repeat this process on a daily basis. Otherwise was easy to install and looks good. Puppy still getting used to it. He is stubborn and only goes through on his own for a high value reward.

Inexpensive and worked perfect for our little dog. Easy to install & our dog figured it out pretty quickly. No more of him ripping our screen & driving us crazy to let him in or out.

The frame pieces come folded, don't try to force them open. Slide them apart so the metal pegs come out as seen in my picture, then slide them back together to make the frame. Super easy to assemble and install. The magnet could be a little stronger, but it does the job. Nice size for my 2 Catahoula / Pitbull's who are 60lbs.

It’s a great design and my dogs are getting used to it, however the hardware is rusting after about a week. You’d think they would have thought of that.

The media could not be loaded. The installation was easy recommend having two people but if you can remove screen you could definitely figure it out with one. The door locks move a when the dogs go through it and cause the door to stick. Over All still a good buy.

This was so easy to instal and our dogs took to it right away. We previously had a hold in the screen where the dogs would scratch to come in and this saved us from having to replace the entire door as well! Definitely worth the price.
